The Room Capsule Hotel

Check in by one malay young man, very helpful and friendly, check in fast, have brief all location and offers lower bunk as per request. Total of 3 days 2 nights for this trip, Overall is find, just highlight few areas need to improve,. * hot water dispenser at level 1 and level 2 not function at all. * 3 in 1 coffee provided,nit tea, but without spoons. * bad got small bugs all over . * plug for light and charger should not be together. * towel with blood stain should check before the guests check in. Otherwise, it should be perfect , I will come back just because of the good service staff provided by your team.

The women-only room is on the first floor, and while the location was convenient, there were some notable issues. The door codes didn’t work at all, which was frustrating. There was no prior communication or warning about the malfunction, leaving me unsure of how to access my room. Fortunately, some of the other guests were kind enough to help me figure out the check-in process, which saved the situation. I also had to screw the locker #10 with my bare hands at late night bc the screw itself was very loose and won’t be locked It’s disappointing that the staff didn’t address this issue or provide any guidance beforehand. This could have been especially challenging for someone arriving late or unfamiliar with the area. On the positive side, the room itself was ok (see pictures you can see dirty), and the shared facilities were decent

Cleaning is good but they can improve it, other is ok

The pods were very comfortable but the location of the female-only room is right next to the reception where anybody can walk in and the toilet is shared with strangers walking in. The shower area is clean but the toilet cleanliness can be better.

The hostel needs to be refreshed. The fan and the lockers were covered by dust. Some stains of mold appeared in the stairway and the showers. But it was very booked and full of reservations. A member of the staff checked me in before 3pm. There was a receptionist during the evening to help me to find shops open late around.

I chose female dorm , safe for solo travel but self checkin and no one accept my call . But 300 m. for Kallang MRT , so near and safe to walk during night time.
