Very compact room, but in a very convenient location. Breakfast quite crowded and the taste is okay, not too impressive but still decent for business travel.

We booked the family room but the size is way too small. And the toilet is the worst, like a tiny space. Not recommended for more than 2 adults for staying unless you just solo traveller or business travel. Otherwise there are many more hotel options. One thing good is the car park fee is great.

We actually had 2 separate bookings since I just knew that we needed to travel early. But the hotel was helpful and combined our booking. Love everything here except pretty small bathroom. Small room was fine, too small shower area was a bit tough. But if you don't mind, this is a good hotel.

Hotel location is superb convenience to China town , however room size is too small , breakfast line is so ordinary

The hotel is packed with people especially the lobby. The buffet was mid, nothing to shout about. Toilet was not cleaned when I first entered the hotel room. The gym room is small, luckily, there was not many people when I was using the gym. The best part of the hotel would be the location, situated right in the middle of the CBD area.

Hotel is very good location with 300 meters from MRT Chinatown / Telok Ayer. Facilities are very new , room is a bit small but very clean. Overall excellent.

- Location is the great thing that this hotel have. Super close to Chinatown and MRT Telok Ayer, main blue line, a lot of dinning/shops. - new hotel since it was built in 2024 - check-in & check out is fast process with nice service for deposits baggages. - to considering on 11th floor, cleanliness need to be improved since i found dusty on the floor, restroom and TV although i required service room everyday. - bathroom is very very small. - bed and pillow is great Next time for traveling, i will reserve here again for sure :)

Place looks clean. Room is a bit small. Bed is also quite small. Toilet is also very small. Decorations is nice. Convenient as it's located near Chinatown.

The location is great. The service was completely disaster. 1. None of the team replied trips.com's special request. 2. The toilet board was ALL WET while we checked in. 3. A noisy construction work was taking place at 13/F, none of the staff mentioned it while we were checking in (they assigned 12/F for us) 4. The Operator and Duty Manager took the call once every 20 times; when a girl took up a call, her attitude was bad (the area hotel manager said that he would have taken up this responsibility but apparently I didn't see there was a change while we made all that complaints). 5. The area hotel manager Mr. Wong apologized and he mentioned he would get above fixed, and he didn't make it fixed at all; while we returned to the hotel at night, we got another nightmare of dealing with his hotel team. I would not recommend anyone to stay at this hotel, and I definitely will not come back to visit this city ever again.

The hotel location is very ideal for shopping, city walk, foods and near to metro .

Nice hotel in downtown. Rooms quite small but furnished. Breakfast was nice with extensive offer.

Great location, the hotel is quite new few months since been launched, Free filtered water but would be better to have a bottle to put the water in the fridge or ice machine in common area (The weather was extremely hot and humid) Room was clean but a little under standard for Accor, subtle details like stains on tables need improvement. Breakfast is very simple , average but can’t compared to Thailand or Japan but understandable small bathroom but OK for average Asian size… overall acceptable and recommended. I got bidet installed right after checking in :-)

The location is walking distance to mrt, hotel toilet was small. But everything is new and clean.

The room is small with no openable windows but clean and location wise, perfect. Did not like how they cleaned the windows all the time from outer side which gives the full exposure of the room and no Netflix...("updating" took days and could not watch on weekend 😡)
