Room space is too small, but the pillow and bed isgood. Customer service isnot good. Because when I go to take my luggage, they tell me I need to recognize my luggage by myself, the most ridiculous istoo many luaggues so mine was keep at outside parking lot. It happens twice & 100 % When I living here. If your GM or managers look at this. You should improve it.

First time here and would love to come back again. The only thing is just the room is quite small yet clean and nice. View in our room is city the swimming pool that looks so beautiful. Didn’t get the change to swim tho. Hoping to get a good deal again 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻from this hotel this CNY and will definitely come back and stay more days. Yay! Thank you Mercure for a lovely stay.

The hotel building is nice, but the lobby is always crowded The elevator system was impressive. Our room was very clean and the beds were comfortable, the room was quiet so I could rest well at night. However, the room was quite small, as noted on the website. The location is convenient, being close to the subway and Chinatown.

overall hotel is small, clean and cozy.
however this hotel doesn't offer complimentary parking.
Here is a reference for you, if you plan to park ur car at hotel basement. We parked over night from friday 7:30pm till the next day 11am the cost is $40.20 😅
