I recently stayed at Coliwoo Orchard, and it was a decent experience overall. The location is a major plus, right in the center of Orchard Road, which makes shopping and dining very convenient.
However, while the room was clean and modern, I found it a bit smaller than I expected for the price. The staff were friendly but occasionally seemed overwhelmed during busy times, leading to longer wait times for services.
Overall, it’s a solid choice if you prioritize location, but there are areas for improvement in service and room comfort.

Staying at Coliwoo Orchard made everything accessible to us, the amenities and the location are so convenient, making our stay pleasant and planned itineraries easier to attend to. Plus the units are clean and staff are friendly.

A bit too far from nearest MRT. Walk almost 15 minutes. The room is very very small. I like the lounge and gym area. The washer and dryer is great. No one is there for 24 hours, but they respond to email quickly. Lack of toilet paper,they only give you one roll at a time even though you are staying there for a month. There’s no replenishment of soap or shampoo…….not good.

Great location and amenities. Good swimpool and other spaces.
But sound insulation inside apartment is not good enough; you can listen almost everything from your room besides.
