Not worth the money. Save your money and go elsewhere or pay a few more dollars to upgrade, but I can’t recommend anyone to stay here. We had a Deluxe private room with en-suite bathroom, strictly non-smoking, but our room wreaked of cigarettes, there is a strong smell of air fresheners in lobby area and hallways to cover it up, but the rooms smell like a lifelong smokers house. The room is otherwise small (standard size for Singapore) and bathroom is large. However, there are standard amenities missing, such as hand towels and bathmat, also no mini fridge or water provided. Bathroom is nice in appearance, but covered in black mold and also dangerous, with different height tiles as a tripping/slipping hazard. Also no air circulation in the bathroom, so towels smell of mildew. There is no curtain for the small window, so at night the street lights illuminate the room almost as bright as daylight. The street noise is also problematic, we chose this hotel based on location, but there is zero noise canceling and outside conversation is easily heard. Perhaps worst, is the fire alarm went off while we were in our room (at least that works!), but about 10 of us were stuck in the hallway as the exterior fire stairs are blocked at the bottom!

Friendly and accomodating staff, nice common area, near bus station; few few minutes walk to bugis mrt station.

The accommodation is clean, but there was a little bit small dust on the bed. If the bed was near the door can be noisy due to the sound of the door closing. The location is great, close to tourist attractions and easy to get to. There is staff available 24 hours a day, and the service provided by the staff is excellent.

Great stay at capsule hotel. The front desk service staff will ask you to try to check in using their machine rather than they check in for you. Got a bed with a number of other travelers and very thankful the rest of the people staying are quite quiet. Restful stay and sleep. There is a lot of good food around this area. Across the main road there is a busy Malay food stall that sells delicious food!
