Need to check in/out through the lady on iPad. Rooms are small. Cleaning service is once a week only. Location is quite convenient to MRT. Got share kitchen, washing and drying machine.

It’s strategically located , has sufficient cleanliness to ensure pleasant stay,great privacy and excellent pricing vis vis rest.. be careful to choose type of room as they overlap yet not same.. Otherwise great in a city like Singapore ..perfect singly allmost good for two...

There were no person/receptionist in the hotel, like literally there were no person take care of the place, reservation only by online (talking to the person in charge by using zoom), so i feel not really safe and cautious all the time. The room is so damp, which makes the floor feels nasty and uncomfortable to step on bcs the floor is watery. Tissue toilet is already yellowish and not a brand new tissue. The pillow case is smelly and seems like the bed isn’t that clean (still got dust and a bit dirt, and a strand of hair is detected). Wasn’t that good experience tho.

Self check in and out it felt like living in a block of flat

The hotel had a hard time confirming my reservation and I couldn't even contact them. The floor and bathroom were sticky. I had my shoes on the floor, and by the time I washed my body in the bathroom and went back to bed, the soles of my feet were sticky. Other desks were also sticky, and there was someone's drink in the refrigerator. There were stains on the futon and walls, and there were no windows so there was no ventilation, so the air was bad and moldy. When I checked in, there was no toilet paper, and it didn't seem like the room had been cleaned at all during my two-day stay, but an hour before check-out, a chime rang to ask for toilet paper. Even though I told them I had enough, they checked, but I thought it was strange and was afraid to open the door, wondering if they had other intentions...

Except for the location and the price, everything else is bad. There is no basic facilities.

For the price, it's very close to Exit A of Riddle India Station. It was nice to be able to stay quietly as it was close to the subway. It's also nice that there is a cooking space and a laundry room on the 5th floor. It's unfortunate that they don't clean it for a week and that you have to ask the cleaner to replace towels, but considering the price, it's not a big problem.

The location of the hotel is very close to Little India and MRT station

The room is clean, everything is there. The iron didn’t work when I get there but they’re soon to replace it. Water doesn’t get hot right away but it’s okay. The tech support is quite amazing actually. I definitely will comeback in the future . Overall 9/10.

The room is comfortable and clean. The customer service attitude is good.There is a dining area at the roof top. It's a unique experience to go there and enjoy the breeze at night. I definitely will be back again and will recommend to my friends also.

Room smells good and complete with essentials. Comfy room, not too big but not too small either, just the right size. Location is very good, near convenience store and restaurants/cafe surrounding the hotel. It’s just a 3 min walk from MRT Little India Exit A. Staffs are nice. Will book this hotel when I come back to Singapore!

It good hotel I very love it Hotel It safe I love it very. The room was clean, safe and there were many restaurants around that I could go to. Quite quiet I really like the atmosphere here. It makes me feel so good. The food around here is very delicious.

1) High Tech. The hotel is so high tech that they don't need front desk to help you check in. Everything is via a Tablet, Say Hi! and someone will assist you from there. Once you check in, if you face any issue. you can either call their support hotline or go to the Tablet. They will respond to your question/request. 2) Go Green. The hotel don't provide bottle mineral water instead your give u a kettle for you to boil you own water. If don't want Singapore tap is safe to drink according to the friendly housekeeper moving around. 3) Room. According to the staff, they on under going a repainting work for all the room. Just so happen my room is one of the just repaint one. It is so new and refreshing.

Can ask for check-in earlier than 3pm if the room available. Nice and quiet place, suitable for solo or even fam of 3-4. Fast and quick response whenever we need help. The price was affordable and I suggest it for my friends to come here also. :)
