Very strategic and convenient location opposite Malabar Mosque, bus stop in front of hotel, Lavender MRT station nearby (450m), Arab Street (halal food), Little India, and various tourist attraction within walking distance👍. Room was quite small but new n clean. It's ok since we're roaming around the city most of the time after all. At time of booking, only queen bed was available because of last minute booking but at time of checking in the front desk offered twin beds for us. Excellent service!! Not a luxury hotel but great location, good service, good hotel, good price, good wifi (great for transferring lots of photos 😍), good views...nothing bad so far. Just don't bring too many bags or big bags...space too small to put many/big bags. No iron n iron board inside the room too. We survive anyway 😉 Will definitely come again nxt time around 😊

First time trying their executive club room with the club benefits. But was alittle disappointed with the person who served us during the check in. He did not mentioned to us what was included in our package like what time is the breakfast, the place for the breakfast and also the timing for the evening cocktail. This need to be improved to provide guests the information needed else they will not know and might missed the evening cocktail. The room was big but abit old and there is no “do not disturb” button. But luckily the staff from club lounge iskandar was very friendly and sociable. He will come and chat with us. He also told us the breakfast place is at level 3. The food selection was okay just that the food was alittle cold and they actually serviced beer on tap and black label! Overall still a pleasant experience.

This hotel at orchardz area, you can go off at somerset MRT station exit D.. easy to find this hotel, near seven eleven, and just walking for about 10-minutes to takashimaya, tang plaza, and other busy area at orchard.. standar room, shower, free refill for water inside room.. good choice for short stay at singapore..

We were surprised with the room space and love the facilities too. The counter staff was very helpful and showed us how to go to our room from the lobby. The property is huge so need to take buggy to reach our hotel room. Will recommend for both family, couples and even expats planning for a short stay.

Need a taxi everywhere as the hotel is far from food and leisure, rooms are big and it has 2 pools with nice views. There is a 7 11 a 2 minute walk from the hotel which is very convenient

The air conditioner in the room is very noisy, and I can’t sleep more than 3 hours per night because of it. I have reported the hotel staff, but they say they can do nothing about the noise. It’s so bad for such a good hotel with bad air conditioning. DON’T CHOOSE THIS HOTEL IF YOU ARE SENSITIVE WITH THE NOISE when sleeping.

Trying this back again as I heard that the club lounge at level 19 has completed the renovation. As usual, all the staff are very friendly. Ivan from the club lounge always remember us and always welcoming us back again. Breakfast is also not bad. Will still come back for the club and their services!👍🏻

Room: it was clean. They have filtered water faucet! Location: near to the malls, the supermarket nearby at funan and Raffles city. Its 5 minutes walk to city hall mrt which is convenient if you wanna go around singapore. Breakfast: it can be crowded depends on the time you go. I went around between 8 and 10am. There's still queue. But you'll get a table within 10 mins. The food were great. Check in: it was seamless. Great customer service! Amenities: gym is 24hrs and good equipment. They have 2 pool, one at the rooftop and one at lvl3.

Check in was a breeze.. it was really nice gesture from hotel to throw in additional breakfast for 1 child.. Room is big.. there’s a big bath tub for kids to play in … comes with mini bar .. nice touch .. it’s a short walk to attractions.. only thing is pool is kind of small..
