Hotels near Extra Space Boon Keng (Self-Storage) in Singapore

Had an awesome 1 night stay here! I paid $123 and for what I got, it was pretty great value especially since I booked it on the day itself. Hotel was newly renovated with tasteful decor and the staff were very friendly! The room wasn’t big and the toilet was small however, it was very clean and decently equipped. They had a rooftop pool which unfortunately I didn’t get to try.. Location was pretty good too with a plethora of eateries nearby and two MRT stations which were walking distance. Overall, it was a great experience and would highly recommend anyone to stay here! 9.5/10 stars ✨

Location of the hotel was great with many eateries around but that was about it. At first glance, the room looked ok; however, it had a foul and fishy smell upon entering. It was small but if you are just looking for a bed to rest and a bathroom to wash up, it will suffice. Not recommended for people who are not petite in size as it is really cramped. The lighting was dim and there was no window; it took a while for my eyes to get used to it and after that, I realised that there were dust and hair everywhere, even on the bed. Upon further scrutiny, I saw ants - endless trails of them, crawling on the walls, along the bed, on the table, in the bathroom. I took videos but unfortunately, only pictures can be posted here and the ants were too small to be seen and appeared as white dots. Some even came onto the bed. It was really uncomfortable and made me feel itchy all over. As the air conditioner was very dusty and the bed was right underneath it, there was black dust all over the sheets. The towels had holes in them and they were dirty. There was litter in the shower area and I found a cockroach crawling on the sink in the bathroom. I can understand about the thin walls and hearing noises along the corridor but cleanliness is something that cannot be compromised, even in a budget/3-Star hotel. In fact, there are cleaner and cheaper hotels in the same area. I am deeply disappointed because I was there to celebrate my birthday and it was indeed unforgettable, in a very terrible way. This is probably the worst hotel I have ever stayed in.

They upgraded my room to queen deluxe to king deluxe for free ! Great amenities and free stuff provided, super receptive staff and attending requests. Best part is, the hotel is only ＜5 min walk to Bendemeer (DT line). Had an awesome stay , kudos to the hotel team!

because of our bad experience at the greendili, we moved out and stayed here instead. they are just near each other. we became friends with one of the staff who was very accommodating to us. but the guy who he switched shift with was the exact opposite of him. had to pay 35SGD for the extra person charge. we had complimentary bottles of water. air conditioner though wasn't that cold. bathroom was spacious. near Ferrer Park mrt station (around 2blocks). checked out around 10am and they let us leave our bags at their storage room, went back for it around 8pm.

The room is very small but it was fine for a night. There was a bottle of 2 in 1 shampoo and shower gel which was nice but we brought our own. Room was clean which was nice. And, receptionist was helpful.

Positives - Quirky Decor - Super comfortable bed and pillow - Super fast elevators - High end amenities - Comfortable and light bathrobe and slippers - Lovely stand-alone tub that comes with bath salt - Heated electronic Toilet - Lovely views out of the room - full length sofa to enjoy room views - Electronic blinds and curtains - bedside usb charging - room controls can be controlled via the tv - extensive tv channels Negatives - Water pressure could be bigger - tv could be bigger. Placement of desk in front of tv not ideal - no Chromecast - no media hub - no Bluetooth speaker

Good hotel but room will be a bit smaller than you think. They only give body towels (no facial or hand towel) and do not have “do not disturb” sign

The room looks old but is kept clean except for the blanket which have an obvious stain mark, but since its at the edge I'm willing to look past this. Aircond controls seems to be not working, making the room very cold eventhough fan had been set lowest and temperature the highest. The floor being tiles only doesn't help as well. Otherwise its a good 2 nights stay for me considering the convenient location. Service by the staffs are satisfactory as well.

The room was super small. Upon entering, the bed just occupies the whole space. Nowhere to put the luggage. Nowhere to move. 1 step from bed to bathroom. Can't take a bath properly coz your legs will hit the toilet. That's how small the bathroom is. Stayed for 2 nights. And the next day, upon coming back to the room, no one cleaned the room, no water, no new towels, no bath soap and we had to go down to ask for all these and we were the ones to bring it up. Not them. And to make things worse, the AC didn't work on the 2nd night. So they moved us to a standard single room with a single bed. We tried our best to fit in the bed just so we can have AC. Never again.

Overall we had an okay stay. Room is okay but a little pricey for what it offered for when we booked and stayed. Water refilled and towels were changed but did not give toiletries refill. But overall we had a smooth experience and the front desk were helpful. Location is nice as well.
