Pleasant experience here though just stayed for a night to celebrate birthday. We were given an upgrade from garden view to lakeview and it's really beautiful. The staffs were friendly and helpful. We arrived at 2.30pm and had to queue for awhile to do check in but it was fine as we were given drinks and face towel while waiting. Managed to get the key around 2.50pm which was considerably fast as we were expecting to wait longer given the reviews from previous guests. The only downside was that we could hear the next door couple making love at night and dawn. The noise emanated through the connecting door so the soundproofing can be improved for those rooms with one. But other than that, all is good.
