Clean and in a good location, you can easily reach the main tourists spots in 30 min walking and within 10 minutes to a public transport station. Only downside is the ac is pointed to the bed and it can get uncomfortable at night with the air blowing in your body. The staff is kind and attentive.

I brought to the attention (on previous stay on 09/04/25) on the poor maintenance of the bathroom in room 1525. As result of their quick action in switching me to a better room, I have decided to repeat my stay again on my recent visit on 12/05/25. However, my recent stay in room 1226 encountered similarly bitten by tiny insects omitted especially from the drainage. I would urge the management should look into the infestation of the drainage systems within the hotel. However, I would like to express my appreciation for the excellent services provided by Belle & Irene. The frontline staff is very friendly and cooperative and the location of the hotel is just 10 minutes walking to the Bugis MRT. Good food is easily available within the mall across the road.

This is my 9th repeated stay at Lyf One-North. I am delighted and always, had the most wonderful stay on every visit and look forward to the next. I have booked forward 5 upcoming reservations until Sept 2025. Lyf is my next home and on every visit, the reception staff remembered me by name with warm welcome making the duration of my stay happy and satisfying. Thanks to Rizal, CK and Jannah for the excellent customer services extended.

Rooms are a good size. Excellent gym. Nice pool. Good mini mart. And two of the best Banh Mi joints in town within walking distance. If priced around the 180 mark, take it... it can drift higher though, and that brings question marks. That said, we'd stay there again . It's run by Ascott, who know what they're doing in this hotel-cum-serviced apartment game.

Good location just few seconds walk to the closest MRT station. Lots of restaurants and convenience stores around. There is a mall nearby, just few minutes walk. A bland reception during check-in, seems like the person don't wanna work there. The room is clean and nice. Housekeeping is done every three days, wished it was daily, but no biggie. You'll have to ask for the slippers, toothbrush etc. during check-in, items are not readily available in the room. Clothes iron/press is on the 1st floor inside the laundry room. Overall, the accomodation is reasonably priced.

Booked a Deluxe Room with a beautiful pool view and garden sanctuary! The receptionist was friendly, and compliments to engineer Darren for helping us when we had difficulty connecting our laptop/nintendo games to the TV. Hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. Towels and water station provided in the gym, and bath towels provided for the pool/sunbathing. They even provided delicious hot chocolate with toppings station for Christmas at the reception area! Hotel location is near Rochester Mall and Star Vista with several dining options and convenience shops. Overall, we had a wonderful stay!

First Time Staying in a Serviced Apartment – A Pleasant Surprise! This was my first time booking a serviced apartment, and I was genuinely surprised by how it compared to a traditional hotel room. The space was larger than expected, and the setup felt like a home away from home. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I was even able to get an early check-in, which was a great plus. The apartment was clean and cozy, consisting of a living room connected to a mini kitchen, a bedroom, and a bathroom. I was impressed by how well-equipped the room was, featuring a washing machine with detergent, a dishwasher, a sink with cleaning supplies, a fridge and freezer, a coffee machine, a hot water dispenser, and a full set of kitchenware—including knives, forks, spoons, cups, glasses, plates, and bowls. There were so many amenities that I didn’t even get to use them all! The bathroom was equally well-equipped, and I absolutely loved the rain shower—I enjoyed it so much that I didn’t want to step out. The bedroom was incredibly comfortable, with a soft bed and plush pillows. I fell asleep almost instantly. Another great feature was that the TVs supported AirPlay and Chromecast, making it easy to stream content regardless of my phone’s operating system. For breakfast, I dined at Kith Café on both mornings. The food was delicious, and I appreciated that the spread was different each day. If you’d like eggs, just ask the staff about the ”eggs of the day.” Overall, my two-night stay was one of the best I’ve ever had. The experience was well worth the price, and I would definitely return if I get the chance.

Super grateful to stay here for one night, reasonable price, clean swimming pool with best view ever in the city area, nice layout and design for all the facilities of the hotel! It’s very convenient for you to go everywhere in town , near Bugis, and little India MRT station! Specious space for living room, bedroom and bathroom! Amazing service of the staffs at the lobby, they even have surprise my son with a birthday cake! Will recommend for friends and relative visit and stay in future.

Efficient clearing of rubbish at the lift landing. Could have left a Big SULO bin instead of letting guests leave it next to the recycling bins. Enjoyed my stay. Should not have removed the vending machines. It allowed guests to buy tit bits and drinks back then.

The hotel is not new, but come with rather good room condition. It is near to Havelock mrt and many buses to other location in Singapore. Quiet place with good food choices nearby. I have to highlight the Chinese cleaner (young lady) was very friendly. It was really great to get some help from her on my first day of arrival. Such a kind person!
