It's sad to say resort without telephone service at room and need to walk to receptionist and blanket and bedsheets cleanliness out of order. No hot water disappointed. Sorry for report

房間設施殘舊，有很多蟑螂、螞蟻和百足蟲；淋浴間的牆壁是爛的，洗手盆有黑色污垢；馬桶有污漬；雪櫃充滿銹漬，裡面還有蟑螂屍體。我以為住在廢置多年的破屋裡面。trip.com不肯幫我處理退房退款問題，要我獨自面對，已對trip.com失去信心，以後我會選擇更好的平台預訂酒店。

Hotelnya oke, hanya saja akses buat kursi rodanya agak susah, tapi staffnya membantu kok, cuma memang ini kan resort jadi ya keadaannya emang susah buat pengguna kursi roda, so far viewnya bagus ,cakep banget
