All of 3 my apartments are self sufficient with all having separate entry doors, bathrooms, kitchen and 1 or 2 Ac units as well as stable Wifi, separate water system with hot water, brand new beds with new mattresses, new paint inside and out, brand new aluminum windows and doors with screens, plenty of parking.
