The customer service attitude is bad, very bad. I couldn't find the hair dryer, so I asked him if he had one? He impatiently said "no". They didn't sort out the goods in the room and deducted more money from me. When I called to negotiate, I told him clearly where it was, but he still said no. He was a bit evasive and said that the cleaning staff was verifying it. At my strong request, he said he would go and look for it.
