Disappointing stay on different levels. Upon arrival no parking space available even though we had requested it. Then very cold welcome.
The rooms are very very noisy with average bedding.
The breakfast could also be reviewed.

The hotel has a very good position on Furnica hill, the view towards the Baiului Mountains is wonderful. The buses T1 and T2 are going near the hotel. The rooms are big and clean, with balcony. The bathroom facilities are OK. The breakfast is good, some improvements for products quality are suggested. The hotel has a little restaurant for people interested to have lunch or dinner.

Really close to Peles and Pelisor Castle (10 minutes walk). Great view - just make sure to ask for a room facing the city, because the other side of the hotel faces another hotel. Clean-ish, decent breakfast. Old furniture. Good for short stay.

Spacious rooms with balconies and spectacular views. 24/24 reception, free parking and a 10+ staff. The hotel's mascot, the cat Garfield, is the delight of every guest. Good, varied food that you can enjoy on the terrace. Peles Castle 7 minutes away

Perfect location for a family retreat! Highly recommended. We came from UK for a week and we found it to be absolutely amazing. Great stuff and very easy going. Great rooms and amazing service!!Will be definitely visit again in the not so far future!

Quiet hotel. You can easily walk to Peles Castle or Pelisor. It is very close to the cable car from where if you go up to the 1400 or 2000 level you can see the wonderful Prahova Valley, you can ski or at least admire the view. The staff takes care of anything you need, they are very kind and always try to help you if you have a concern. The food is good! I recommend the traditional dishes! If you want to spend a vacation in Sinaia for a couple or a family, Hotel Marea Neagra seems to me to be a very good choice!

Choosing a cosy accommodation to spend time with your family it is not easy. After some researches and having read all the reviews,I have chosen Hotel Marea Neagra,in Sinaia. What a nice experience: the view, the friendliness and the professionalism of the staff,the well balanced services-costs,as well as the surprise the hotel staff has made to me for my birthday. I will strongly recommend this hotel and I am sure I will come back again!

Hotel is fairly well situated close to Peles Castle but a fair way from the town centre. Bedroom was a good size but dated, room/bed was not made up during our stay although we left the sign on the door. The breakfast was excellent but staff were not very friendly at all especially at check in. No kettle, tea or coffee in room, view overlooking car park. Not many car parking spaces but we did manage to find one eventually. No lift so bit awkward with heavy bags. Our stay was ok but would have been nice to have been made to feel welcome also advice in what was going on in local area would have been good eg festival going on in the town which we just happened to stumble on!
