The only good thing about this hotel is that is a rather cheap, but unfortunately this also reflects the quality of the hotel is huge but only has 2 elevators for 9 levels. The spa is WAY TOO Small and thus very crowded. Also you need to make reservations and after 6 pm you have to pay extra. At breakfast it is really very crowded as well, not relaxing at all. The rooms need a renovation urgently. On top of that, the service is very poor. We forgot a wallet and some documents. I called them to ask if they had found it and they promised to call Bach but I did not receive a call back. So we decided to drive back. The reception had only found spectacles which were not ours, no wallet. So I insisted to inspect the room myself and immediately found the wallet. When we left they called to say they had found some documents as well. I asked to send them by normal post courrier but they refused. This is exemplary for a very big hotel which cannot handle all these guests

We had a good nice room with balcony. The breakfast was excellent in a very nice big hall. The choice of food was brilliant. The hotel provides free parking which is great. I would love to stay here again even though it’s at the end of the high street but worth the money

Came here with my wife, our 11 months old son and my brother-in-law. Everything was exceptional. Breakfast offers an impressively wide choice which was great for our baby. Also for our 11 months old the play room and the salt water pool were excellent and in the spa area we could always find sun chairs. The staff attitude is exemplary and I say this having interacted with the people working at the reception, reservation office, pool, restaurants and cleaning. There wasn't even one I could find any fault with. Parking is next to the hotel and there is plenty of space. The only minor thing I can think of for improving is maybe adding some of the Romanian sports channels to the list of TV programs available in each room.

We love it here. Very spacious rooms, clean and confortable. The view feom the balcony of the old town is worth the money. The Tyrol restaurant is by far the best restaurant in the area, so many options and all of them delicious. Breakfast is good enough, could improve the coffee though.

Just great! I’ve been there for a New Year 4 days stay and it was as beautiful as I remember from my last visit. They had some issues with the first dinner party, but they fixed it fast and the next two days were just great. The five stars rating this time goes to the guy / girl who had the idea of serving Romanian style tripe soup on the 1st of January brunch. That was genius! You have no idea how well this soup treats any sign of hangover 😂 They have a great team there, everyone tries to make you feel good. The two restaurants in the hotel are just great, and the lobby bar guys are also very friendly and helpful. The general atmosphere is pleasant, cosy and welcoming! I will come back for sure!
