I have to give a completely negative review on this structure. I had to get there with my mother on the 31st of december. Once arrived to Simrishamn at 4pm, we couldn't find any taxi or bus to reach the place. We tried to call the hotel and they didn't reply for hours. I sent them several messages, and nothing. We had to go back home late on the 31st, without having any information from them previously especifying about the difficulties of reaching the place. They afterwards claimed that they were busy that day and couldn't pick up the phone. So we had to pay the whole stay without having any possible communication prior to get some help on how to reach them. We found ourselves lost. Moreover, when they finally got in touch after several hours, they responded unpolitely and without any apologetic manner just to claim their money. They don't know how to handle a Hotel.

Wir sind sehr freundlich empfangen worden. Es gab nicht nur Platz für unsere Fahrräder, sondern auch gute Tipps für die nächste Etappe. Die Eigentümer haben sich immer Zeit genommen, um ein paar Worte zu wechseln und waren sehr offen. Das Zimmer war wirklich sehr scön und individuell. Das Frühstück war großartig.

Supermysigt ställe med god frukost och charm!
Supertrevligt behövande då vi ankom sent. Visade oss till rummet och vart frukosten låg. Underbart mysigt litet hotell med perfekt frukost till en underbar utsikt. Mer än nöjda även om det var en kort vistelse för oss.
