Staff very friendly and helpful. Property very clean. Very close to airport. A number of places to eat (and drink) right on site. Nice fitness center and lovely surroundings.

We truly enjoyed our week-long stay. The property had a wide variety of free amenities, ranging from multiple pools with different atmospheres to a small beach. Breakfast was included with our package, so we were able to start the day with a healthy meal and then go out exploring. We were able to walk to local hangouts (La Suciere for French pastries and Buccaneer Beach Bar for all-you-can-eat BBQ chicken and ribs were two favorites). For fun one day, we took the minibus to Philipsburg where we dodged the cruise ship crowds swarming the streets. We enjoyed hanging out and sitting on our balcony that overlooked Simpson Bay. Finally, and so important, the staff are very friendly and accommodating.

Overall a very pleasant stay. I was here for business.
Despite the very pricy night rate, we still had to pay to access the Gym, which I thought was ridiculous.

The beach areas are nice, but very limited food options, wi-fi completely unreliable - couldn’t connect my laptop ONCE. My phone or iPad would connect very sporadically.
During check in, there was NOTHING VIP about it. The person didn’t even a knowledge me once, and kept having a conversation with another employee that was hidden behind a wall area. Was put in a room, to have to switch to another room the very next day, with no explanation, the guy just put a piece of paper on the counter - which I assume, he thought I automatically would read it and know I had to switch rooms with no explanation or apology - very strange. The check out tool me about 30 mins, with one person at the counter and 3 people in front of me. Definitely would not stay here again.

Nice place to stay. Clean.
Room: nice. A.C. was really good. Shower had good water pressure and temperature range. No complaints.
Resort: Bars and beach is very good. Limited dining options at resort, but there are some other options near by (walking distance). People are mostly friendly.
Felt safe all the time.
