Bedding very dirty.
The room is too small.
There was a large gap between the sash window frame and the wall, and the outside music and noise was so loud that I couldn't sleep.
The room service menu was out of stock and there was not much to choose from.
The room service rice was so bad that I couldn't eat it.
I was told to pay for room service in cash on the spot, and after being told that they would bring change, after a long time, I received a phone call from the front desk asking me to come to the front desk to get the change.
The place of the breakfast buffet was also dirty and untidy, so I didn't feel like eating it.
