The room was not too bad for the price. The location is great, just 2 minutes walk from the bus terminal. But, the cleanliness could be improved as the room was dusty, especially the curtains.

Service was excellent, as I could easily request for extra pillows with no hassle. Just across the street from the bus station, super convenient. Only cons would be lack of elevator for people who may need it and a little noisy. Happy to return in future

Internet was terrible. Laggy and broken connections. For me this is most important.
Other than that, rooms minimally acceptable clean. Saving grace is the location in old city - near to eateries. Other than that, the city lacks development in tourism.

Book this hotel at very last minute. Reach hotel almost midnight. This hotel fit for purpose with reasonably comfort and worth the money. Will be back again if return to Batu Pahat

Well, the front desk is friendly. The cleanliness is ok. But the bidet is leaking. Also I was not aware it doesn't have lift except the other 2 outlets. Because of my knee problem I changed the twin bed to queen bed. Definitely I will come back for my stay again.
