Clean and new facilities
Very nice view
However the service is below average, Escape rooftop restaurant service is quite poor
Concierge service is bad not enough staff

Probably the only nice hotel in Samosir. Room was clean and comfortable, nice swimming pool, and nice breakfast.

Room was clean & spacious. Resort sat on lakeside so the view was spectacular! Staff were polite & super helpful. Recommend for anyone visiting in Lake Toba! Recommend at least 2 nights.
