We had a pleasant stay overall. The room was very clean, though a bit small for the price. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a good variety, and the rooftop café was a nice place to relax, although the food and drinks were a bit overpriced. The resort layout feels a bit compact since it’s built on terraced land. One thing we missed was the cozy, local village vibe that Tuk Tuk is known for—the atmosphere here felt a bit more generic. Still, considering the limited similar-level options in Tuk Tuk, this resort is a decent choice and I’d consider staying here again.

Clean and new facilities
Very nice view
However the service is below average, Escape rooftop restaurant service is quite poor
Concierge service is bad not enough staff
Reception staff service is extremely slow

Probably the only nice hotel in Samosir. Room was clean and comfortable, nice swimming pool, and nice breakfast.

Room was clean & spacious. Resort sat on lakeside so the view was spectacular! Staff were polite & super helpful. Recommend for anyone visiting in Lake Toba! Recommend at least 2 nights.

Excellent service. The hotel looks new. The room was really clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful.. The food was really great and the view was really breathtaking. Overall, the stay was excellent.
