We requested them to provide anniversary cake through trip.com request options. But they didn't provide us. Otherthan this everything is good.

Price too high for this hotel, small room, food were cold and there was construction outside the balcony!

Hospitality was top notch. Rooms were cosy but we booked valley view rooms so the view from the room was not the best. Snacks, dinner were delicious and had too many varieties. Touched and humbled with the gestures shown by the chef himself. All the staffs were great and kind. Will definitely revisit. And very much recommended.

I had an amazing stay at Dusit Thani Himalayan Resort! The breathtaking views, luxurious rooms, and warm hospitality made for a truly memorable experience. The staff were attentive, and every detail was perfect. Whether relaxing at the spa or dining at their fantastic restaurant, every moment was a joy. I left feeling refreshed and can't wait to return! Highly recommend for a serene getaway in the Himalayas!

I visited with my friends and family, and we had an enjoyable stay. The facilities were impressive, and the property itself is stunning. However, I do have a few suggestions: adding a hook in the bathroom for hanging towels and bathrobes and providing a door hanger to indicate when the washroom is occupied would be helpful. Additionally, I would appreciate if some discipline could be instilled in the Indian guests, as they tend to be quite loud. A special shout-out to Devi Shrestha, the Security Manager, Asish Sarkar, the Executive Chef, and the F&B Manager for taking excellent care of us during our stay.

This was our second visit to Dusit Thani, and we are pleased to see how the service experience has improved with each stay. The new addition of evening live music on the lawn was a delightful touch—my wife and I thoroughly enjoyed it, especially with the accompanying snacks. The food was good, though there is some room for improvement. The service staff at Thaan Restaurant were very attentive, making our dining experience pleasant. We also revisited Devarana Wellness, and once again, it exceeded our expectations with its excellent spa services—truly value for money. It’s clear that the resort is in good hands under the leadership of Ajoy, the EAM. His care, presence, and confidence are evident throughout the resort, creating a wonderful atmosphere. We will definitely recommend Dusit Thani Nepal to our friends and look forward to visiting again.

I went with my family and friends. We had a good stay there. All staffs were really sweet and helpful. The place is really pretty. The area after the reception lobby felt like we were in another mini world. Loved the stay. The location was also convenient.

It was an amazing experience. The staff, the team were absolutely excellent. I want to give a special shout-out to Santonishi Manandhar with her excellent service and proactive attitude. She made a difference towards our stay. What an incredible experience!
