Well, what can I say, Andreas and Josep have outstanding customer service skills at this hotel. Nothing was too much trouble at all. Our room was very spacious, nice temperature with a balcony and fabulous view. The rooms are a little dated, but spotlessly clean. A great location in the heart of the village. All the meals were buffet style but offered such a great range for everyone, very hot and tasty. Afternoon tea and cakes were a lovely touch, and a bar with such a lovely atmosphere and all the staff happy to chat. I know it has only just re-opened after a few rocky Covid years but the staff are doing a fantastic job. The pool was very clean, and a great area to chill. The all inclusive is great value with drinks included, and pre-Christmas it's great value having ski hire and lift pass included too. We have stayed many times in Kuhtai and love this small resort. We especially love the little EisBar, the Apres ski bar and the Dorfstadl for a little Apres ski before dinner. Everyone makes you so welcome. Kuhtai isn't the easiest of ski areas but we lovely the neighbouring ski area of Oetz, just 10 minutes on the bus. Very pretty tree lined skiing and not as difficult! If I had one complaint, I don't think the heating was working in the boot room - our ski boots never felt very warm. I didn't want to mention at the time and sound as if I was complaining as the staff were so lovely and I didn't want to upset them! Will we return? - definately. This is a fab hotel, doing a superb job.

Sporthotel; mindestens 2 Sterne zu viel Das Sporthotel wird von einem Manager geführt, für den Kundenfreundlichkeit ein unbekannter Begriff ist. Kein Einfühlungsvermögen, keine Lösungsfähigkeit nicht hilfreich, und für jedes Problem eine erfundene Ausrede. Technik, die nicht funktioniert, wird nicht oder nur sehr langsam repariert. Ein kaputter Aufzug bleibt fast 4 Tage lang kaputt. Alternativlösungen werden nicht angeboten. Ein mittelmäßiges Hotel, das renoviert werden muss. Vom Gast wird ein Höchstmaß an Eigenständigkeit verlangt, denn die Hotelleitung wird sich nicht um dich bemühen. Das "Familienhotel", als das sie sich ausgeben, spiegelt sich weder im Service noch im kulinarischen Sinne wider. Das Wohlbefinden und den Komfort, den Sie von einem 4-Sterne- Hotel erwarten, werden Sie hier nicht finden. Die Buffets sind in Vielfalt und Qualität begrenzt. Für das Preisniveau, auf dem das Sporthotel agiert, gibt es in Kühtai deutlich bessere und attraktivere Optionen. Nachdem ich die Leitung des Konzerns, zu dem das Sporthotel gehört, über dieses Fehlverhalten informiert hatte, entschied man sich, sich auf unsinnige Argumente einzulassen. In diesem sogenannten Familienhotel gibt es kein Einfühlungsvermögen, keinen Schadensersatz oder irgendeine andere Form der Entschädigung. Die Sterne werden also tatsächlich gewaltig überschätzt.

Wir haben 4Tage gebucht all in. Bei der Ankunft um 12Uhr waren die Zimmer fertig. Wir hätten diese gegen Aufpreis beziehen können. Mittagessen wurde uns nicht angeboten. Die Jause wurde immer exakt um 16.30uhr abgebaut. Wir haben es 2mal rechtzeitig geschafft. In Summe war das Essen qualitativ schlecht und immer gleich. Für die Kinder gab es 4mal Pommes und Chicken Nuggets (abends). Wir waren einmal beim Mittagessen und sind dann jeweils auf eine Hütte zum Essen. Service war nicht wirklich vorhanden. Teller wurden so gut wie nie abgeräumt. Wir hatten ein Doppel-Familienzimmer im 4Stock. In einem Zimmer war die Heizung kaputt. Als Ersatz stand ein Elektroofen im Zimmer. Die ersten 2 Tage war das Wasser im Bad gelb. Zimmer waren abgewohnt aber groß. Wellness Bereich war nicht mehr zeitgemäß, aber in Ordnung. In Summe lieblos und irgendwo vor 20 Jahren stehen geblieben.

Het hotel toont op de website een stuk frisser en moderner dan de realiteit. De lobby is gezellig en de kamers ruim. Er komt bruingeel water uit de watme kraan, dat zou liggen aan lang niet gebruikt te zijn. Het presenteert echt niet en is geen 4* waardig. Het ontbijt is voldoende uitgebreid. De lunch is recuperatie van de avond ervoor. Het vieruurtje is voldoende. Het avondeten is dan weer heel erg basic. In de all-in zit witte en rode wijn van de tap, bier, cola, fanta, appelsiensap en appelsap. Cola zero hoort niet in de all-in wat vreemd is en de wijn & bier zouden echt wel van betere kwaliteit mogen zijn voor de prijs. Ik zou de all-in niet aanraden. Van 22u tot 8u is alles hermetisch afgesloten, je kan niet naar de lobby. We vertrokken om 7:15 en moesten via de nachtuitgang door de sneeuw met onze koffers. Het wordt allemaal wat ingewikkeld gemaakt. De medewerkers waren wel heel vriendelijk.

Schon der Empfang im Hotel war sehr individuell und überaus freundlich. Alle Mitarbeiter waren stets darum bemüht, dass wir uns absolut wohlfühlten. Jeder Wunsch wurde uns erfüllt und jedes Problem wurde sofort gelöst. Man fühlt sich im Sporthotel wie zu Hause und eigentlich noch besser ... Von morgens 8 Uhr bis abends um 21 Uhr sind alle Getränke nach Wunsch "zapfbar", das Abendbüffet ist sehr gut, abwechslungsreich und lässt keine Wünsche offen, die Nachmittagsjause ist lecker (süß und herzhaft) und wenn man das Mittagessen draußen bei Sonne auf der Terrasse mit Blick auf die Berge einnimmt, fühlt man sich im siebten Himmel! Das Sporthotel ist dank Andrija an der Rezeption, Lilly im Gastrobereich und Luca, dem Hotelmanager, einfach ein absoluter Wohlfühlort, den ich ohne jede Einschränkung weiterempfehlen kann. Ich war wirklich schon in vielen Hotels, aber noch nie habe ich so viel Gastfreundschaft, Zuvorkommenheit, Freundlichkeit und vor allem Großzügigkeit erlebt. Danke für diese tollen Tage bei euch - wir kommen wieder! Herzliche Grüße von Karin und Astrid an das ganze Team!
