The Hermitage Hotel in Silvi is top notch. The food is made fresh daily and the menu is new every single day! The views of the beach from the rooms are to die for. And lastly the staff are all so warm, welcoming and pleasant. Finally, the area of Abruzzo where Hermitage is located is one of the best kept secrets in Italy. You will not find cookie cutter souvenir shops or over priced/low quality restaurants here. If anyone reading this review was considering Hermitage Silvi- what are you waiting for? Go go go!

Every staff member I met in this hotel is friendly and professional. Lobby is always clean and tidy. Hotel restaurant has enough variety for breakfast. Dinner is always good. Great pool area. Beautiful beach front. Making this stay very comfortable.

Beach front with sea view hotel with free car park. Breakfast was great. Rooms clean and bed and pillows very comfortable. I missed a coffee machine in my room. We requested room with best view and we got it. You can not control the temperature of a/c. It needs to be changed in the reception.

It was first time in Italy also in Europe. First of all we had a problem with food because of the Italian names but everyone was very helpful they explained to us and we choose the food, they were really delicious. The rooms, food, services, attention, everything was very nice. We had a very comfortable stay. Thank you so much for everything :)

What say :) We were in your hotel for the third times .We were very satisfied again .Inconvience for me was missing menu in English on the table in dining room , but waiter Marco help to me thanks for him - maybe it is thing for the improvement in future.. I am invalide on the whellchair and I used "JOB" on the beach , this "JOB" is not in the good technical condition.and needs service..Maybe also open time of the buffet on the beach can be a little longer..

Very satisfactory. The staff were pleasant and friendly and a nice family atmosphere among other guests also helped. The local entertainment at the evening meal was nice to see. The food was authentic Italian including rabbit which was a first for me.

Came all the way from Canada and had the most wonderful stay. Rooms are simple but comfortable. Food is AMAZING and plentiful. Beach is great and the service is top notch. Would definitely return and will be recommending it to everyone who is travelling to Italy!
