We had the greatest time at Nancy Swanson’s incredible B and B! The perfect location for exploring Silverton! The sauna and hot tub at night under the stars were tremendously relaxing. Breakfast was delicious! We can’t wait to go back soon!

The Villa is a very quiet stay walkable to all of town. It however was not our cup of tea, as it was cluttered and very very dated. The rooms were small and warm. We appreciated the hot tub, the robes and the ease to get to amenities via walking. Nancy was friendly and appeared to love hosting guest.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The hosts are so friendly and very accommodating. Nancy will make sure you have everything you need and her breakfast is amazing. The place is beautiful, authentic and well kept. We got a great nights sleep too. It was nice to be in walking distance to everything but not in the middle of it. We will make this an annual trip it was so nice

This is such a great little place, very “old-timey” for sure but the building is in great shape and well-maintained, my room was spotless and very comfortable. The WiFi is good and the water is hot (very hot!). The staff couldn’t have been nicer or more welcoming. I would 100% stay here again, and longer next time.

Ok, let me tell you about this place… it is the coziest place you can imagine. The building is comforting and interesting. Its age acts as a time warp to an easier and more welcoming period. The owner - Nancy - might possibly be the nicest woman on the planet. She personally cooks for you, caters to you, and makes sure your stay is exactly what you expect. Staying at Villa Dallavalla is like staying with your best friend’s family. There isn’t anything corporate about it, and that is SO refreshing! The beds are comfortable, the hot tubs are great, the sauna is fantastic, and the hospitality is absolutely unmatched. Do not pass up on this true gem!!

We absolutely loved our stay at Villa Dallavalle! Wendy and Nancy were such kind and gracious hosts. They made us delicious homemade breakfast in the morning before our ski days, and went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The hotel is steeped in history and absolutely adorable, with lots of historic artifacts, photos, and books - we had fun reading Gerald Swanson's history of Silverton! The three hot tubs and sauna were delightful after a long day of skiing. They were easy to access with robes and slippers provided, and the sauna looked brand new! Our room was perfectly silent and well-equipped. The rooms are small but cozy, and you really feel like you're stepping back in time. You can walk easily to any place in town, and we enjoyed the Eureka We hope to return soon and would recommend this place for anyone who wants to experience a taste of history in a homey, welcoming environment.

We loved our weekend at Villa Dallavalle! The incredible service from Wendy and Nancy was stellar. Cozy sheets and a yummy breakfast are served daily in a sweet family style setting. Coffee just outside our door in the morning was also perfect. We were there for ski joring and the views of Blair Street and the action could not be better. Thank for a special weekend ! I came out to Silverton to ski at Silverton Mountain. I was looking for housing and picked Villa Dallavalle. I was happy I did. It filled my needs perfectly. The owners Nancy and Wendy were so kind to me. It looked like the pass was going to be closed to get into Silverton so they offered up alternate housing near Durango. I didn’t need to use it, but their personal attention meant so much to me. Every morning we had a delicious breakfast family style and it got us ready for the ski day ahead. I ended up staying over Super Bowl weekend and they invited me to watch the game with their family. It was delightful staying here.
