Two sump pumps run when raining - the upside is it can sound like sleeping near a brook. The ceiling is a reasonable height but be mindful if over 6'. Note: It's not great if one has mobility issues. There is a great feel to the place—exposed brick and joists with modern amenities. There is Wi-Fi, a smart TV, a kitchennette with an induction cook top, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, fridge, and dishes. Unit DOES NOT include a washer/dryer. There is a clean and efficient laundromat and block away. Great walking neighborhood and downtown Silver Spring begins around the corner.
