Room and toilet was clean, food was good, walking distance from silvassa bus stand. Lift was working. Room was spacious with a balcony

Pros : Hotel is situated at a central location and close to a lot of eateries and shops. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Staff is courteous and responds well to requests. Cons : The initial room assigned had broken lock on main door and could not get fixed. It also had a very noticable stink of cigarette.
The hotel staff changed our room which was better than the previous one. However, the intercom did not work. Even the flush was not working and was fixed on the 2nd day of stay after multiple reminders. Bathroom cabinet was very dirty and got cleaned when we mentioned about it. The hotel needs a management that can enforce room cleanliness measures and maintain hygiene standards.
