If you really HAVE to stay here. On a almost sold out weekend in St Moritz had to book this room. Incredibly loud ventilator noise from bathroom. Unhospitable approach to making guests stay and leave happy. It was a broken hearted few hundred dollars spent a night here

I was there on a Friday night with my family for dinner, the warm welcome was not lacking, the staff was very kind and helpful. The service was very fast, we ordered a fondue and some Sciatt and everything arrived in less than 20 minutes. The price was perhaps a little high but the dishes were very good.

Als wir ankamen bekamen wir gleich ein Upgrade. Es war ein sehr schönes, grosses Zimmer mit einem Panoramafenster. Das Zimmer verfügte sogar über eine Küche und ein grosses Bad. Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich kann das Hotel wärmstens empfehlen.
