The good: Beautiful place/lodge. Good taste decor. Comfortable rooms. Neat, clean linens, wonderful pillows (very important). Perfect A/C. Nice TV options. Very nice dress code and educated staff. Great service. Many options for drink and eat. Excellent corporate brand management and execution. Nice boats for rides to nearby beaches. Two thumbs up! To improve: 1. Internet (access and speed). 2 Facilities at nearby beaches. Although nearby beaches are located in a national park, similar lodges and hotels in Vzla have achieved to install their own facilities with high quality awnings and sun loungers. Think this might not the case, although you have your staff all the time with you with your own YETI super cool cooler.

The service is good and the people are very friendly. The food is very repetitive. We stayed 4 nights and we had 3 times Ceviche for lunch, 3 times Tequenos for snacks and 2 times the same menu for dinner. For kids they offer only overfried chicken or bolognesa (no vegies, no healthy options). However, the worst are the rooms. They are tiny, they have no window or ventilation, if you switch off the A/C there is water running down the walls. We were leaving after 4 nights and the walls were full of black mold on it. The shower is so tiny that you cannot even turn without touching the horrible plastic curtain. No space to dry your beach clothes. Ypu cannot choose the beach where ypu want to go. Do not recommend.

Every aspect was excellent. Food, service, rooms, beaches visited, etc. First in the morning is an excellent coffee looking the beatiful view of Morrocoy National Park. Then comes a sucullent breakfast of champions that gives strength for all day. At noon is beach time all afternoon. Later at night is an excellent dinner with fresh seafood, steaks, salads, etc. All personnel willing to help in every aspect. Very recomended.

Excellent service and very pleasant surroundings. The staff is very professional. We stayed for 5 nights. The quality of the food, snacks and natural juices are really delicious. The accommodation is located in the heart of the Morrocoy National Park. The visit to the keys (cayos) is fantastic!! I recommend this accommodation 100%!!

Fantastic posada in the heart of the Morrocoy National Park. Excellent service throughout the stay, great staff, great food and great attention to detail. The staff are ever ready to help you. Went on a weekend as a large group and we were thoroughly looked after. The rooms are quite small but comfortable. We hired a boat to visit the local beaches and sand bars. Highly recommend and can't wait to come back!

My parents and I came here with my baby boy. The Location: you are in the National Park of Morrocoy, it can't be better located, a bit far out, but it's worth it. The hotel itself is quite nice, a bit cluttered but it has a bit of a Robinson Crusoe look, beachy but busy with thousands of decorations. The restaurant: the restaurant is everywhere around the water, they go the extra mile to make sure you get what you want, and honestly at the price we paid, I am glad they did. They serve you 3 full meals and snacks, unlimited drinks and alcohol is extra. What I did find surprising is that they dont serve you fruits (not part of the normal menu) unless you request it. The food is good, the breakfast, snacks and dinner are quite copious, however the lunch in the cooler for the beach is not. It was usually some time of salad with crakers, we were not really happy with lunch, we requested they put extras from the morning breakfast (empanadas, eggs, pancakes and fruits) as we did not want to pay extra on the beach for food. The room: we initially booked for a quadruple superior room however on arrival they realised that it wouldn't work because the other queen-size bed is only reachable via a ladder, so they changed us to a standard sextuplet room. The standard room is part of the older side, I do not recommend you book there, as it has 0 ventilation, the room is very cramped and regardless half of the beds could only be reached with a ladder, the room was very disappointing. You were not even able to dry your swimwear because of how little ventilation there was. I wish the reservations team gave us more options or made it clear how the rooms were set up. The service: they are honestly fantastic, 99% of the staff was excellent, and they all went above and beyond. The only reason I am not giving the hotel 3 stars is because of the staff, I would like to give a special mention to Zury who was extremely kind to all of us but especially my son. Amenities: there is a spa, and the masseuse is very good, however I would be aware that from around 4pm the yatch on the small marina in front of the hotel loves putting really lound music and the spa does not have windows which means there is a lovely breeze but you can hear EVERYTHING, including loud reggaeton and screaming children. Which sadly made the experience not relaxing. They have their own boats to take you to 2 different islands, which personally I found frustrating. I did not mind paying separately to go to other islands. We had asked to go to other places as we did not enjoy being cramped with hundreds of holiday makers, but no other options was given to us. We had to go to the 2 islands they had decided. We thought it would be like Los Roques where you could pick what island to go to and anything further you pay extra - it was not. We decided to pay extra ourselves and go on the other side of the island in Cayo Sombrero where the mosquitoes wouldnt bite us as there was more wind. We had also a

Top of the line, absolutely recommended. A quiet environment, perfect for family trips. Hotel offers a personalized attention, is clean and with a great location. Kids were able to fish, kayac, food was excellent and the visit to the island (Cayos) is very well organized. Must return.
