False promises are the core values of this hotel! Stayed here for a 2-day work trip and booked their premium room. On the second night, was forced to move out of the room, on the pretext of faulty AC. This was 21:30 in the night and when it was suggested to repair the faulty AC till I take dinner, the staff marched outside the room and was nearly forced out of the room. On the pretext of providing a more comfortable room and ensuring all meals will be taken care of, I moved. But the highly cunning and misleading Ms Pritika Rai, posted the 1st days food bills at the time of check out. The staff was aware that I have a morning flight and wouldn’t be able to raise the issue at that hour! The GM and manger were conveniently on ‘leave’ and did not bother to come on a call as well. Misleading, untrustworthy and unsafe!

Not worth for the money spent. Crowded and shabby place. full of dust. I will never suggest Ramada Siliguri as this place is extremely horrible and not at all worth for the money they charged. Non professional services.

No pool.Charges so much high than reasonable cost for living and fooding both.restro services were also not good. We reached hotel at 10:30pm and paid booking amount before reaching their but they denied for taking order for food before reaching their while we were ready to pay the food charges, parking is also terrible. Room service was also very delayed. Worst experience in my life. It's max two star like property.

This is the best hotel i have stayed in so far. Food is amazing cozy clean rooms with efficient staff . They are so courteous and helpful , smiling and warm throughout the day. Especially the room dining and housekeeping staff. A big shoutout to Mr. Raj gupta from housekeeping for being the best in his work.

had a wonderful experience at Ramada Encore. The staff's attentiveness and professionalism stood out. Every member of the team, from the front desk to the housekeeping staff, was friendly and helpful. The service was consistently excellent. Requests were handled promptly, and the staff was always willing to assist with a smile. The hotel's amenities were well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere was inviting and relaxing. Really appreciated the house keeping staff Mr Tanmay was really nice and his good gesture towards us was so nice. Keep it up good work and thank you so much for taking good care of our stay.
