Awesome Hospitality with great values . unbelievable breakfast menu. Best hotel so far in Siliguri compared to any 3 to 4 star Hotels . Wish to come once again with family & friends . Staffs behaviour is so good . Room decoration are just beautiful

First the lady at reception some how decided to give a room as per her wish and gave me a horrible room which was so noisy something banging on the door or something all.night because of which Icouldn'tsleep. .I was given a twin bed for single occupancy. The check out was smooth and the staff on duty helped so much with booking a cab for transport to NJP early morning

Property was so clean and nice, and food was so delicious, and Hotel Staff Alam was so polite and deserving, and overall It was nice stay, and i recommend 10/10 for this Hotel and Staff.... I would like to visit again..... Easy to Park vechile in the heart of Town....

I have stayed many times here. Every time i come in Siliguri i stay in this hotel. Best rooms with delicious food. The staffs are also good in behaviour. Service is also very great. I’m impressed by their service. U can stay in these hotel effortlessly. It is a best option for business stays and family also.

Very well-maintained property, clean and great value for money for the price. The staff were very friendly and courteous. The Rooms had pretty much everything a high-end hotel would have with a lot of toiletries offered. We tried their Breakfast Buffet which was very good too. We have stayed in their property – Delo Retreat in Kalimpong; we liked the service and the property so much that we had to book their property in Siliguri as well and I must say; we were not disappointed

I have visited this restaurant today. Having dinner with my friends and family. Cafe was open 24*7. We ordered food ( Butter roth karai chicken, chicken lababdar, plain rice, yellow dal, salad. Food was 8/10. It cost us 1551 for 4 person. Recently they opened bar at their roof top.

I recently had an amazing stay at Sunil Portico and couldn't be more pleased with the experience. The rooms were impeccably clean and hygienic, with a spacious bath that added to the comfort. The front desk staff, housekeeping, and restaurant team were incredibly friendly and courteous, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The attention to detail with the toiletries and amenities was excellent. The food was not only delicious but also beautifully presented. Truly, everything was perfect—epic and span! For the value, this hotel exceeded all my expectations. Highly recommended!

We had a one night stay on the way to Darjeeling. The hotel was very clean, the beds comfortable and the rain-head shower was one of the best I’ve experienced. All of the staff were extremely helpful, from the guys who unloaded our cases, to the front desk, to the restaurant staff. An extra special shoutout goes to Sampurna, who arranged a car service for us to Darjeeling when the Toy train was cancelled. On a side note, Room 201 appears to be above the kitchen so there was some late night and early morning noise, which could affect you if you’re a light sleeper. I would not hesitate to stay here again though.
