nobody gives you service the air conditions didnt work we change 3 rooms moved all our stuff by ourself the staff was using hotel pool themself there was no glass in room and no water in fridge also the fridge did not work there was no electric kettle in room the bar had no juice for cocktails worst experience that i ever had all the beach beds were dirty also the beach was so rocky and dirty if you want to throw your money in garbage you can go here

Very disappointing and extremely overpriced for what you get. We asked the staff to have our room cleaned one morning, after a day away we came back, and the room hadn't been touched. They blamed us for not giving them the key to access the room. Why would I give up my key to access my room and stuff? Why does the hotel only have one key to the room? They told us that they lost access to a couple of rooms because guest lost the key. The second day we came back to the room and the floor was flooded from a ceiling leak from the room above us. The hotel staff had no sympathy or cared, we just asked for two buckets to collect the water as we were just going to leave in the morning. The ceiling leaked all night, and the buckets were full. The staff still didn't care when we checked out and were just happy that they got my money. The bathroom had mold on the walls and didn't look like the maintenance was up kept at all. The beach is not private as it may look like in the photos. The public were walking around our chairs to get a peek at us, it was not a pleasurable beach experience. The breakfast was disappointing as the selection was not very good. We were disgusted by the number of flies sitting on all the food. The Wi-Fi does not work at all no matter where you are on the property. We are disappointed as we will not return there for a weekend getaway from Istanbul due to all the issues.

Everything is terrible. I went to rest during the holidays and was disgraced with my own money. Even though we reserved a hotel room, we couldn't even stay in the room we reserved. The answer to the question is ridiculous. Sorry, it's the only hotel that tries to manage with children but cannot be managed. There is no information about the hotel at the reception. They don't even tell you the end of the breakfast time, and then it's 10 minutes late. They say it's extra just because we stayed there, so do we, how far will they go with this style and employees, I hope they take the comments into consideration.

I had a short holiday with my family between 14-17 July. A nice hotel in Şile and Ağva conditions. Being right on the sea and having its own beach is a great advantage. Most importantly, the hotel managers and staff are really good people and extremely helpful. Thank you again for having a wonderful 3-day holiday with my family.
