When I placed the order on Sunday afternoon, I didn’t see the time to check in on the 10th and check out on the 11th. I went to the hotel yesterday afternoon and found this oolong. Call the hotel immediately. The hotel was very generous and asked me to live in the past. Food quality is average, hot drinks are not available at all, MSG soup and vegetables are the best, there are too few choices, even the cutlery is OK, there are few paper towels provided, and some are a bit dark, and nothing happens when the car passes by.

房間是全季的專屬風格，簡樸素雅，酒店設施也很新。早餐可口，服務也到位。美中不足的就是刷好評現象，加了家裡長者的微信，退房後跟長者説幫我們升級了房，要五星好評。個人對這種行為有點不屑，畢竟我們顧客在入住時是前台主動説幫忙升房，然而到底升級前後的房型相差多少呢，解釋權都在店家不是嗎？也沒有哪個店家有這種理論的勇氣完全公開各種房型的配置吧。總之，看到家裡長者被這樣欺騙，心裏挺不爽。所以哪怕這個酒店已經把我列入黑名單了，我也想把這個經歷寫在這裏。希望這個社會多點兒真誠，少點兒套路吧。

This hotel is really a treasure, and it actually has such a capable general manager. We had a very unpleasant experience, and I gave the hotel a bad review, but after the general manager of the hotel, Fang Gang, learned about the problem, he really solved the problem with sincerity and ability. From beginning to end, he did not ask me to delete the comment, nor did he make too many excuses. What's more amazing is that he did not propose any compensation methods that made me uncomfortable. He just served us silently and attentively, which moved us invisibly. He is really a young talent!

The hotel has an excellent location, but the price is a bit high. There are jade shops all around, and Tianguang Market is just across the overpass, which is quite convenient. The front desk also upgraded the room, so I felt the stay was pretty good.

This is my second stay. Overall, I feel it is OK. However, I did not check out before 12:00 on the last day. When I returned to the room around 12:00, the room card could not be opened. The booking showed that I had to check out before 2:00. Why couldn't I enter? And my luggage was still in the room. The experience was really bad!

There are many hotels in Sihui. I came here specifically to buy jade and found this store. The room price and service are all OK. It is also close to the jade market and very convenient for travel. It would be even better if the hotel could provide breakfast.

The hotel is clean and hygienic, the decoration is relatively new, the location is OK, the hotel provides free breakfast, the food variety and quality are OK! One bad thing is that we booked 2 rooms, but only one room was ready when we checked in, and the other one was not. It was said that it would be ready in an hour, but since we were going out, we didn't come back to pick up the room until night, and only one room was left. We were dissatisfied with the same room type and wanted to change rooms. When booking, we wrote that Kehen would upgrade the room for free, but it didn’t happen. We had to pay for the upgrade!
