Give a rating below average. This hotel was recommended to me by a friend. After booking, I went to the front desk to check in. The front desk kept emphasizing that my room was a staircase room. They also said that there were only rooms on the 5th floor. They asked me to cancel and go to the front desk to get a deluxe king-size bed room for 100 yuan. I didn't agree. I said that I saw that it was the second floor on Ctrip. The front desk kept saying 2 to 5 floors. They wanted me to cancel and book their deluxe king-size bed room. Later, when they saw that I didn't agree, they said there was a room on the 2nd floor, and they said it hadn't been cleaned yet, so I had to wait for a while when I went up. I checked in at around 4 pm. Finally, it was done. After entering the room, the water on the floor was still not dry. The WiFi password on the room card was wrong. I called the front desk twice and was hung up after being connected. I went to the front desk and called their personal mobile number. The front desk came out and told me the password. At around 11 pm, I found a cockroach on the ground that I stepped on to death. It's still a bit cold at night in February, but their air conditioner doesn't heat, only cools. This is a serious bad review. I curl up to sleep at night. Very cold. I didn't find out until the next day that they had a spare quilt in the closet. There was only cold water in the faucet but no hot water. There was still a rotten patch on the lower left corner of the mirror. Towels and disposable toiletries were not placed in the shower room, but in the compartment under the sink. I almost thought they were not there. There was only one pair of plastic slippers. Speaking of the location. It is in the middle of the Jade City and the pedestrian street. The street downstairs is full of food. But it is also very noisy. There were voices outside at around 7 o'clock in the morning. Then at 8 o'clock. It was the very sharp noise made by various machines for grinding stones that you saw in other reviews. It was noisier than ordinary construction sites. It drove people crazy. It was the kind of noise in various jade processing shops. It was impossible to sleep a little longer in the morning. There were many people and cars here. Unless you go to bed early, it would be difficult to sleep during the day. In summary, the three most unsatisfactory points are that the air conditioner does not heat, and the noise is too loud, affecting rest. There is no hot water in the faucet. There are cockroaches on the ground. I asked the front desk and they said check-out is before 1pm. I said that Ctrip has a check-out extension of 2pm, and the front desk admitted it. The advantage here is that the taps have plenty of hot water. There are many food options downstairs. There is also a sign outside the apartment, which can be seen from a distance and is easy to find. This is the overall evaluation.
