卫生：房間尚算整潔，可是有些不知是灰塵還是煙灰還在桌子上

隔音不是很好，電梯是兩邊開的，一邊是公寓一邊是酒店。當時下樓剛好公寓那邊門開了有點嚇人...廁所門關開不是很方便。服務還行。

酒店停車方便，上下樓門卡這個很好，房間一定要住內的好，對外面馬路晚上比較吵，房間小陽台很不錯，可以看看景色，周邊吃飯去天光墟逛逛都很方便，價格合理，前台態度好。

酒店服務員親切有禮、房務員有善；房間整潔乾淨、有小露台看出去的景色開揚，有自然風令房間更舒適； 唯獨早餐區的食物及餐具，是需要改善的地方；整體來說價格也合理，下次商務出差也會選擇柏曼酒店.

總體還是不錯了。因為是坐了通宵車到達的四會，去到酒店挺早的還沒有預訂好的房型，一開始是用了積分兑換了提前四小時入住，前台小姐姐就説可以加38元辦個銀卡升級一下房型就同意了，不然坐到中午也挺難受的；房間挺舒服，還有個小陽台，中間出了點小插曲床上出現一衹小蟲子，可能是自己出門沒關窗造成的，打電話給前台，前台立馬換了房間，保安叔叔也很好一直等我們看了房間説可以換才走還把遺漏在原房間的東西跑兩趟拿給我們；起太晚早餐衹剩這些了，搞早餐的阿姨態度不是很好，待改善
有洗衣機也可以烘乾，附近也很多東西吃，離吾悦廣場很近走路打車都很快 還有機器人送餐服務
