五一前遊奇石溝，住在貴賓樓。很乾凈，無蚊咬。晚上怕蚊咬未泡温泉，温泉水是人到現放水。早餐一人一份，大米粥、玉米、地瓜、叉燒包、一小碟炒粉，一小份鹹蘿蔔。房間開始無WiFi信號，後打電話服務員報電信後，有微弱信號。門票稍貴。

走廊和房間衞生間裏面的很多天花都長黴，嚴重危害住客的健康，管理人員肯定沒有，巡查管理

房間設施比較陳舊，床頭破爛，床上有毛髮，我實在是睡不下去，一整晚沒睡，窗簾到處都是黴點，馬桶上居然有尿漬沒洗乾淨，有温泉池但是全都沒有水的，等於沒温泉！所謂的早餐是要去離酒店好幾公里的地方吃，我沒去，景區也沒什麼好玩的，就是一條河，水有點臭臭的味道，還有景區內有幾家那些所謂的什麼觀音廟之類的，有那些人一直會喊你拜，然後就套路你讓你“添香油”，一兩百嫌少那種！！還有酒店其實好偏僻的，沒有外賣可以進去，要去自備食物！

環境本來就不錯，但缺乏生氣，尤其是尤其是我們一大早想去遊玩公園，卻被前台追我們退房，並再三申明中午十二點前一定要退房，我們也説了，十二點之前一定會回來的。但仍然被追要退房。所謂的温泉，也是被告知，提前説一聲，再開鍋爐放水，感覺到這個“温泉”不知道是不是真的。自始至終都沒有見過任何服務員，就前台一個人。

這次到四會辦事，剛好附近就是奇石河酒店，並且我也喜歡泡温泉所以就訂了這個酒店，但入住當晚情況百出，原本是衝著泡温泉去的，但後來温泉不開放，我們吃飯回酒店又發生停電，房間的熱水也不行，這次體驗不好，希望酒店加強
