房間乾淨程度還不錯，環境也還可以，晚上睡覺很安靜還可以，周邊交通也比較方便，打的也很方便，離去打球的球場也很近。

4日晚入住該酒店，當晚凌晨三點能聽到樓上及旁邊拖動傢俱聲音，想着第二天，其它客人離開就好了，加之入住時，前台態度冷淡，就忍了。
第二日，下午5點多，客房樓上開始裝修，電鑽聲，鎚子聲絡繹不絕。忍到6點15，聯繫前台，看能不能換房？前台強硬拒絕，理由是打掃阿姨已經離開了。並回復我説6點後不允許裝修。那我姑且忍耐。
6點50，電鑽聲繼續，無奈之下錄了屋內幾十秒視頻，發給管家，不搭理。衹能聯繫平台，不久後管家上門，狂砸門🚪，對着我們大吼，哪裡有聲音？哪裡有聲音？此時恰好樓上沒了聲音，加之大呼小叫被聽到，就暫停了。站在門口對着我大吼小叫。為何不在5點前要求換房？鄰居是5點後開始搞電鑽裝修，一直到7點，我如何在清掃人員離開前提要求？他離開後，鄰居又繼續各種拖拉聲音。更搞笑的是，此時前台把物業微信推給我，我作為客人，需要自己聯繫物業去解決酒店噪聲問題？
隨後再次聯繫平台，此時管家才開始聯繫物業，併發微信給我，質問聯繫平台幹嘛？聯繫平台也沒啥用，平台也衹能聯絡酒店。
此時我知道此事是無法妥善處理，此人面對客户和平台監管人員完全兩幅面孔。我不想繼續和負能量糾纏及被戾氣攻擊，君子不立危牆之下，當下決定離開酒店，拉黑前台，晚上拖着行李重找新住處。
做為攜程20年老會員，全球旅遊十幾年，住過各種酒店客棧，這是遇到過最離譜的客棧服務人員，完全一副你找平台又能耐我何的態度？
想要入住此酒店的，尤其是單身女性或者拉家帶口的，謹請慎重考慮，損失錢財事小，安全事大。

很新的公寓，各種都新很乾凈
環境也好看山看水看風景
住的也舒服，洗衣機、冰箱都齊全
比那些連鎖酒店住得還舒服
不遠的地方各種吃的都有
滙林路美食街也不遠
樓下車也好停
總之挺滿意的
