環境挺好的，衞生方面不錯，除了角落位置其實還是挺乾淨的。入住中途遇到問題跟管家溝通，管家不厭其煩給我換房直到滿意為止。不足有一些，周邊比較荒涼，吃方面有點難，另外百度地圖定位有誤，可以話糾正一下。

民宿的房間是四會市大旺高新區保利瓏灣的單身公寓類型的商品房，我們被安排在27樓頂樓，週末兩房一廳一晚一百多很便宜了，可能因為這裏位置真的夠偏僻，樓下除了有兩間宵夜檔和小賣部還有些走鬼檔可以應急填飽肚子，其餘吃喝玩樂一概沒有。這個保利小區距離大旺城區的大旺商業區開車有10公里左右，一路都是烏漆嘛黑的國道偶爾見到一間農莊散落路邊。因為保利是2023年交樓的，所以房間還比較新，整棟樓入住率目測估計在10%左右，小區門口正對着一個叫龍王廟的水庫，水庫上也做了一些方便住客散步的公園設施，小區四周都是農田以及大旺南山森林公園，公園免費環境優美，本地人週末也會過來野餐徒步啥的，從山腳爬到山頂的凌雲塔是不錯的休閑項目。公寓內的環境符合圖片宣傳的條件，住得挺舒服，但可能因為地理位置偏僻導致住客不多，房費定得不高導致服務跟不上，店家答應我的開發票最後我們都退房了也沒有兑現，住了兩晚從入住到退房，我們基本就是自助服務，除了中間問了店家額外要了幾個垃圾袋。附圖是保利小區周邊的環境，確實不錯的。

房間夠大，夠寬敞，就是樓棟比較難找，辦入住到找進到房間差不多話費了半個小時，公寓的好處就是夠大，弊端不好找

來好幾次了 距離廣州很近 全新的小區 最近地鐵停車場衞生搞好重新開放了 還是免費 這樣就方便很多了 拿行李方便 也有利於長者 下次有空繼續來
這裏就是環境空氣第一

環境好，態度佳，周圍是湖泊，山清水秀，依山傍水，養人心，生活自在，設備齊全，有冰箱洗衣機，熱水器，牙刷，四個屋四個空調，十分開心。

孩子學校搞活動提前過來住一晚，公寓的小區就在學校附近，開車5分鐘就到了，實在太方便啦！房間新凈整潔，有家的感覺，周邊環境也很好，以後衹要學校有活動都住這裏了！
