真**的是個垃圾酒店，又老又貴，房間裏臭烘烘的，半夜小蟲子。訂了又不給退……

7.6.網上預訂豪華大床房一間，卻被安排入住與圖片明顯不符的房間，與前台商量後換房。房間還算滿意，電視機卻不能正常收看，後經相關人士查看後仍不能收看，前台意見：換回之前的房，或者維持現狀。其間態度相當＂生硬＂，我再三要求換電視，最後，勉強換了一台電視機，但看了一個小時，又不能收看…徹底失望。灑店這麼小的事情不能解決不説，相關人員的態度還真是不敢恭維，衹有門口保安感覺比較親切。

酒店在網上標註的退房時間是14點，酒店線下自己的管理電腦系統卻把退房時間規定在13點，給客人造成誤解和不便；退房時落下了兩件衣服在房間，酒店沒有及時致電聯繫我，要等到第二天我自己打電話過去問，接電話的客服態度還十分傲慢。
