房間衞生不錯，有足夠的空間，設施七八成新，早餐非常好！鍋貼、燒餅口味俱佳，值得推薦！缺點是離餐廳近，靠馬路邊，有些吵雜。不過對我們影響不大，睡眠都好。

小地方的物價低，一百塊錢的價格就能住上了南京三四百塊錢這個等級的賓館。
前台很好説話，即使沒有頂也可以拿張餐券。
牙膏牙刷之類的一次性用品很齊全。
房間很乾凈。
茶壺杯子裏都沒什麼異味，但茶壺水垢太多，一燒水，飄在上頭一層水垢末。
被子很乾凈。
洗澡用的浴巾很乾凈。
水池枱麪傾斜，用水會有很多水漏到地上打濕鞋子。
賓館距離育才實驗學校差不多二十分鐘步程。
附近飯店很多。
房間裏沒給WIFI密碼，記得去前台問。
房間的燈光比較昏暗。
不過有桌椅板凳，好評。
在沿河風光帶，很漂亮。就是晚上有人跳廣場舞，很吵。窗户關上還有聲音。
P.S.早餐是肉包，煎餃，油條，雞蛋，兩個炒菜，全都是重油鹽那種。還有一個南瓜稀飯一個小米稀飯。不要有太多期待。

住地離市中心很近，房間乾淨整潔，服務人員很熱情，早餐雖然品種不多，但是很好吃，住一宿就92元附帶兩份早餐簡直性價比很高哦

環境一般感覺房間有異味，空調不怎麼管用，而且沒辦法調温度，衹有開關，被子感覺有點潮濕，很重，整體一般。附近吃飯不方便，比較偏僻。

一大早5點左右外面挖土機在挖裝修的廢料啥的，給前台打了第一次電話她們才發現外面施工了（是酒店自己裝修施工，不是政府項目）。説通知讓他們停，結果10分鐘過去了還沒停，第二次打電話前台態度很惡劣，説人家馬上好了，直接掛顧客電話。沒見過哪個酒店一大早5點施工的，而且施工點就在房間窗户邊上，聲音超級大。我是第二天考試的，直接少睡2小時。建議來考試的考生千萬不要定這家酒店！
