Situated directly on the beach and having the difficult choice to swim in the crystal blue pool or sea just 20m away from from the sundeck chairs. Top service from breakfast through out the day around the pool. Fair prices from coffees to alcohol as well as a large choice of local or western foods from the on site restaurant. Hardest part is deciding what to do each day and saying final goodbyes to the friendly staff and crystal waters.

The hotel need upgrade a lots from bar, play area reception, restaurant etc Room are ok they do not make room every day that I feel a bit disappointed. The service from Concerge, restaurant, bar breakfast are great the service / customer care is very good - not everyone speak English was a bit a problem at night when you try to make arrange things for next day ! The swimming pool the new one was partly renovated but not used as weather was not great.

Second time to visit. Love the location close to sok San Village which has several good restaurants. Right on the beach. Could be a lot better but the owners seem to be happy ticking along. Restaurant could do with more options WiFi could be a lot faster but still a nice place to chill for a few days.

B&B, not a hotel. The room is very poor, the air conditioner has no quilt, and a bed sheet is provided for you. The bed was full of yellow and yellow traces. I looked very uncomfortable. It was quite unhappy to see the one-time bedding on my own. The water quality is also a stinking smell of yellow and yellow. The beach is Sihanouk Beach, and the sunset is still beautiful. The water is not very clean. The only compliment is that the breakfast is not bad. Do it now.

Best hotel I stayed in Cambodia! I enjoyed 3 seperate times here as I went to 2 different islands then kept coming back because I loved it so much. The staff are so nice especially Sina one of the nicest guys I met in Cambodia! Always up for a chat and helped me with tuk tuks etc. Highly recommend this place, it's a hidden gem close enough to the beach, restaurants snd shops. Nice pool too and food!

The beautiful French boss at the front desk is very friendly. There is no Chinese translation for the entire English communication. The white sandy beach is very beautiful and the water is very clean. It is recommended to take a boat to and from the locals instead of local motorcycles (the road conditions are bad and bumpy)

We chose the hotel for our Saturday early evening meal . The hotel being situated opposite a lovely beech, ideal for young children. We ordered our food from the hotel restaurant in advance and then walked the children over to the beech. Our objective being to ensure our young children did not wait for their meals. Given we had a large party, the quality of the dishes served were excellent and well worth the drive from our hotel. The restaurant is cozy, trendy & warm. A delight for the weary traveler. If you arrive slightly later than us, you will even find it full of just grown ups !! Highly recommended.

Hygienic: very clean. Snow-like sand. Service: Good Facilities: Good Environment: good There is a reason for the better business around. I got up at 6 o'clock this morning to watch the sunrise. People have already cleaned the beach, and then after 20 minutes, the hotel staff next door came out to work one after another.

☠️🛑💀 AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! 💀🛑☠️ THIS PLACE USED TO BE CALLED ”DOLPHIN BAY” but they changed their name due to the number of 👎🤬 BAD reviews. Having seen its score of above 8 at another popular 🏨 hotel booking site, we were sure we had found a gem of a place. We arrived at Dolphin Bay resort which also had MANGROVE board pinned to the outside wall. Staff told us it's basically the same company under different name. ❓⁉️❓We didn't think much of it at that point, still happy we managed to secure a SEAVIEW VILLA. From the reception we were lead towards our ”villa” Please find attached photos of our ”villa with a seawiev” 🚽🏡 We are still shocked, even after 3 days after seeing the place 🏚️🚽💀 Astonished, very quicky did we drop our heavy bags just to find something else in the bay asap. Having returned, while returning the key, the staff's response was mere mumbled ”mmmmm... mmmmmm...”. The man did not appeared surprised or caring. 😐 What we later found is that we were not the only ones that have left 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️hastily after seeing the state of the place 🏚️🚽💀- it's pretty much a rubbish 🚮 skip, with parts of the walls, old AC units, porcelain toilets, etc scattered all around the ”villa”. Also, the standard reply to negative 1.0 review on B.com is typically that ”they are lying, they did not even stay here” - surprised, eh?😮 Also 10.0 reviews sound bit suspicious to us - fake accounts created to boost the overall score of the place. It's not a problem since they don't take any money transfer via the www. but just demand cash 💵💵💵 on arrival. The whole thing has been reported to B.com website, investigation in progress as we have been assured. We are shocked 😲😲😲 how the owner of the place can offer THIS 😳🏚️🏨⁉️to anyone who comes here dreaming of their perfect holidays or even honeymoon.... You should be ashamed!
