New hotel, everything is fine, large rooms, there was really a problem, I booked a sea view, but in fact it didn’t turn out to be, but this is apparently not a connection between the aggregator and the hotel, breakfast is expensive, but it’s of a good standard, the sea is clean, we were there on the weekend and the hotel was full, locals arrived from the PP)

A fantastic experience made possible by the entire amazing staff of this wonderful resort. Tep and Dara were especially kind and generous with their time. Tep helped arrange an island hopping tour and even accompanied me on her day off. Dara took time out of his day to sit and chat with me each day while I ate breakfast, a nice touch for a solo traveler. Everyone was so kind and cheerful. They were all smiling all the time. I met the owner and immediately understood why. His kindness and care for the staff members was obvious in his interactions with them. That type of managerial style inevitability translates into cheerful and thoughtful service. I applaud this entire operation for their genuine care for each other and the guests. The attention to detail and care showed in the quality of the groundskeeping, housekeeping, and food service. (The breakfast service was incredible, especially the made to order noodles and egg station). I could go on but this place reall has to be experienced to be believed. And at this price point it is an incredible value for money. One more thing: the location at the very end of Otres Beach is perfect. The beach was very quiet and the traffic on the road was minimal. I wouldn’t want to stay close to the noisy dusty city center. This is way better.

Staff was warm and welcoming, very friendly and polite. We were welcome with cold towels and welcome drinks. Our room was superb, extremely clean along with modern facilities, especially a big bathtub and a private balcony with fantastic view. Really relaxing and quiet atmosphere not so far away from the beach. Spacious swimming pool and parking. Definitely recommend and will be back for sure!

West Lake Resort in Sihanoukville With an independent beach and swimming pool, it is a five-star hotel suitable for vacation The environment is comfortable, clean and tidy, and it is also very high-end. There are many types of rooms I used Trip to book a room online today. The view outside the window is facing the unfinished building. The view may not be ideal, but everything else is acceptable. In addition, I just checked in today, and the next time I go out, I will be checked out of the room when I come back. It really makes the guests feel bad. This kind of mistake needs to be reviewed.

We chose the hotel for our Saturday early evening meal . The hotel being situated opposite a lovely beech, ideal for young children. We ordered our food from the hotel restaurant in advance and then walked the children over to the beech. Our objective being to ensure our young children did not wait for their meals. Given we had a large party, the quality of the dishes served were excellent and well worth the drive from our hotel. The restaurant is cozy, trendy & warm. A delight for the weary traveler. If you arrive slightly later than us, you will even find it full of just grown ups !! Highly recommended.

Nice hotel with big space as well as they have outdoor pool which is very good to swim and see the ocean view. the room was big enough and helpful staffs. i will recommend this hotel to anyone who would like to visit SHV , yes this hotel new and great also.

The hotel need upgrade a lots from bar, play area reception, restaurant etc Room are ok they do not make room every day that I feel a bit disappointed. The service from Concerge, restaurant, bar breakfast are great the service / customer care is very good - not everyone speak English was a bit a problem at night when you try to make arrange things for next day ! The swimming pool the new one was partly renovated but not used as weather was not great.

The room was very clean and the service was attentive. The Cambodian girl is very beautiful and speaks Chinese very well. The location is right at the Twin Lions landmark in Sihanoukville and very close to the seaside. In addition, Wuxiang Plaza has all kinds of dining, leisure and entertainment facilities, so it can be called the most cost-effective hotel in Sihanoukville and is worth recommending.

We stayed here for 5 nights as we wanted a relaxing beach holiday. Sokha Resort gives you just that. The staff are very friendly, the drinks and food were superb and the pool and private beach were perfect. The breakfast selection is ok and some parts of the room could be upgraded- but not a dealbreaker. Have fun!

Booked twin sea view but it was side sea view with the view at the wall, front rooms. Gym is small, no water there. The staff is not trying to solve your problems. Only with the help of trip.com my problem was solved. Employees/workers are living in the hotel. Hotel is new but management is week. Breakfast was great, very big choice of food.
