The facilities are actually complete and okay; there’s a fridge and a TV. However, the fridge has no power outlet, and the TV can’t access YouTube or Netflix, so it’s basically just for display. The check-in process took a very long time because I paid in rupiah, so the receptionist had to confirm my booking with their superior first. I had to wait for about 30 minutes before getting the room key. The check-out process was also very slow. I was asked whether I had used the robe because it was missing during the room check. My partner and I told them that there was no robe in the room when we checked in, but the receptionist still doubted us and even checked my bag. It’s a shame because the hotel is actually nice and clean, but the service is disappointing.

Very nice stay at here. It is good for those who are looking for a nice quiet place to chill and have fun. The staffs are very friendly and welcoming. A good value for money stay.

The room a bit old need to renovate and smelling cigarrete. Please maintain the bathroom with dusty.

While the hotel is mostly ok and the front desk staff is very friendly and hard working, the hotels casino is incredibly unprofessional and lacks in operational standard. If you do spend time there its advisable to check amount and money received thoroughly.

This hotel exceeded my expectations, it has made my trip Cambodia start on a good note. I stayed here before going to the Islands and it was the best decision. As a solo traveler I felt so welcomed, the staff are super friendly and helpful. The room is big and super, if with no window which didn’t bother me because I spent most of the time at the pool. The pool and restaurant at the rooftop make this place by far the most cosmopolitan experience. I have extended my stay.

A very good hotel. The swimming pool is also very big and clean. It is very good. The food is also good. The hotel is right by the sea and you can walk to the city center. It is very convenient. The food you cook is also very delicious. Everyone in Taiwan can speak Chinese.

It's an okay hotel with good value for money. When the air conditioner broke, they immediately arranged for me to move to the next room. The person who repaired the air conditioner was very enthusiastic and nice👍

I have stayed here many times. The price/performance ratio is excellent. The facilities are of a high standard, but the room is a little small. It is suitable for a single person on a business trip. The hotel is well-equipped, and the swimming pool, restaurant, and lobby bar are very private. The hotel service is very good, and the restaurant on the 6th floor has a good view right by the pool. The hotel is safe and private.

Recommended by a friend, I like this hotel, it is clean and sanitary, the location is very easy to find, staying in a king-size room with a direct sea view, I have stayed here many times. Recommend everyone to stay here often!

Location k View is great ! But very noisy at night …noise from clubs facing beach. Windows are not sound proof . Impossible to sleep till 3-4am !!! Pay more money for the room with great views but suffer from noise & sleepless nights !
