I traveled with my family and decided to stay at Munich hotel last minute. I booked two rooms and requested to have the rooms close to each other. The staff was promptly helped to arrange the rooms as requested. Once asked for baby coat for my two months old daughter, the staff was quickly provided to us with no delay. Extra bed was added with additional cost and breakfast included once paid for extra bed. The room is clean and situated in good location. Highly recommended.

We like the hotel but the night lights need be proper install for conviniency and also the tv doesn’t have live tv and internet only have YouTube! It should be available for Netflix too! The breakfast is superb! But the beaches is dirty and need to be cleaned regularly! And need more umbrella for avoid hot sunlight

The hotel is very well located: in front of Sokha beach, almost private beach and with large stretch of sand, as well as about 10-minute walk from the Prince shopping mall. The staff is very nice and friendly. The hotel offers free shuttle bus to market and Otres according to the timetable schedule. Western menu is also available in the hotel restaurants. But, some items should be improved: 1) Lightning: bedroom and bathroom with low lightning, especially in the shower area; 2) As a beach resort, activities and games should be offered, such as ping pong, volleyball, etc; 3) Include hot chocolate in the breakfast without extra charge. I highly recommend the hotel and would stay again.

The rooms are very spacious and modern. The bed is very comfortable. Unfortunately it takes the hotel with the cleanliness not very precise. In the bathroom behind the door was a approximately 8 mm large blood spot with a hairdryer, in the shower there is fungus. The bed linen was in good condition. There is no real restaurant. But there are snacks to eat at the pool bar on the roof. Unfortunately, there is also something unappetited. The tables are not clean and completely crazy. I asked when I ordered that the table was cleaned. But the food came to the unspoken, dirty table. Just when I found he couldn't put this food on the table, someone came with a (also crazy) lap. The table was still sticky afterwards. And interesting: according to food card, the food cost $6.50, then I had $8 on the bill. Breakfast buffet is rather overviewable, but still ok, also with hygiene, as you see it. The employees, even those at the reception, hardly speak English. Sihanouk is generally not worth seeing. It is a very, very dirty city, full of ruins. The hygienic conditions are miserable. In a street it sounded right because a half-western rat was on the street. Even if the hotel was still good, you can't get before the door.

This is an excellent hotel for young families. The breakfast range was comprehensive catering for both Asian & European clients even if some of the items were not of the highest quality, it would suit most families. The hotel pools on the sea front were stunning as was the beech by the sea front restaurant. Ideal for the very young and the proficient swimmer. Clean and in good order with toilet facilities are on hand. The hotel rooms were in very good condition. The sea view restaurant cooks all the meal individually and therefor you need to order in advance if you have very young children as you will wait for at least 30 minutes before your food arrives. Some of the dishes were fabulous however you could order the same dish a day later and find it disappointing. I would definitely recommend this hotel for families. A very sad fact is that the hotel staff who we saw worked very hard and were friendly at all times are housed in shocking low standard accommodation blocks on site.

This is a relatively new and clean hotel. I was asked for a $10 deposit at the front desk, but they didn't have any, so I handed out a large bill and they refused to accept it, so they gave me some change. The front desk was very pleasant. The location is a little far from the street where restaurants are located, but the bus terminal can be reached in 5 minutes on foot, so it was very convenient. In the immediate vicinity, you can find local restaurants and food stalls. It is located on the side of a hill a little far from Peach, so it may be a little inconvenient if your goal is the sea. Since the cost performance is good, I would like to stay again.

The hotel is nice. With wonderful nature around, monkeys running in the hotel area, nice rooms, although a little small with little space for stuff. The breakfast was very good. The staff was very polite and helpful. I liked that you could use any service around the hotel, like restaurant, spa and they will add the price to the bill and you pay during checkout. The ocean pool looked nice and clean. The beach itself wasn't very clean and it smelled a little sometimes.

I visited to play poker. The table is open every evening and the rate is $ 1-2. Meals are free during poker. There was no limit on the amount of purchase, and even many people were about $ 500. 150 RMB per night, the coast is close at hand, the door is a clear swimming pool, the waiter often smiles, breakfast has seafood noodles, continental bread, egg and bacon, only 150 RMB, no need to enter the gambling for washing yard work, the living is stable and reliable. Living in nature is very comfortable. There is a small Buddhist altar on the first floor of the central hall where you can meditate as you wish.

We know many constructions are undergoing in Sihanoukville. So we didn't expect too much from the city itself, as we just wanted to get away for few nights. Yet, KB hotel has surprised us with thoughtful services since the moment we were picked up in the airport. We used pick-up service (USD 25 per trip) and it only took 30mis from airport to the hotel. During the trip, cold towel, water, and snacks are offered in the car. The hotel is newly opened and quite convenient to the Otres beach. The staffs are friendly and professional, always providing us useful information like weather condition, food areas...etc. In terms of CP value, we would say it surely is worthy!
