The Hill Residence

Was relatively happy with the room however the tv channels are beyond watchable. The bathroom was very dusty and not that clean. When leaving the hotel they tried to charge me to clean the towels and brought them down to show me. Very weird situation and I felt very uncomfortable. Me and my partner also asked the receptionist 3 times to book a bus to our next city (which he agreed) but never followed through. Also the WiFi was rather slow. All in all wasn’t terrible but definitely looks better online.

We are in absolute disbelief of this hotel. To start with the beds are a catastrophe, you can barely sleep on them. The staff barely speaks any English and it is hard to communicate. The location is **** as you always need a tuktuk to go anywhere, nothing is ok walking distance. And the insanest part is that we had to pay 10$ deposit for the room card but now at check out we did not get it back, the hotel was claiming that we dirtied their towel because we cleaned our feet with it after the shower which in our opinion every normal human being does. So we tried to argue with them but they refused to give us our money. We would not recommend staying here, as they will probably find a reason to charge you 10$ for using their provided towels.

Place is clean and quiet. I love the layout of the room. Pretty satisfied with my stay here.

Located just outside the center. But the apartments are very spacious and were clean. We wanted to check out an hour later and that was no problem for the staff. Definitely recommended

like the name hills residence cause you must go up to the hotels and i think its good place
