Stay here for the passed two weeks.. overall the hotel is good, polite and friendly staffs .. thanks for everything, will be back again

Shower was very very subpar, but the beds were super soft and comfy :)

The facility and services were quite great. The staff were superb friendly and helpful. 
However, the food options for breakfast were limited.

This hotel is in quite central Sihanoukville.
Surrounded by new buildings there’s limited view.
Rooms and hotel would need to be renovated.
Quite pricy for what it is.
Has been waiting 30 min in lobby for a receptionist to come …

The room is OK, but it smells, many things are a bit incomplete, and the air conditioner is a bit too noisy￼

淋浴設備使用上較不方便，其他皆OK

The shower equipment is inconvenient to use, but everything else is OK

Accueil décevant. Hôtel pompeux avec une décoration digne des dignitaires communistes chinois d’il y a 30 ans. Absence d’eau chaude. Literie dure. Petit déjeuner médiocre dans une salle au 8e étage qui fout le cafard.  Le seul intérêt était sa proximité avec le quai d’embarquement pour les bateaux rapides pour les îles mais le débarcadère a déménagé de l’autre côté de la ville à 7 km de là ! A éviter à tout prix

Disappointing welcome. Pompous hotel with decoration worthy of the Chinese communist dignitaries of 30 years ago. Lack of hot water. Hard bedding. Mediocre breakfast in a room on the 8th floor which is a mess. The only interest was its proximity to the embarkation dock for the fast boats to the islands but the landing stage has moved to the other side of the town 7 km away! Avoid at all costs

Regular customers. Lived before. feels good. It would be better if Westport could fix the road earlier. Breakfast is rich. Where to eat breakfast you can see the sea directly.

This hotel caters for the Chinese only. Limited english spoken and very limited Western breakfast options. We were informed that road works were taking place but that was a joke, the entire road had been dug up and the taxi dropped us a block away so we had to drag our suitcases through the dirt and mud. Blood stained walls and stained sheets. They had a water cooler in the room with tepid water in it. Credit card I had been using all over Cambodia didn’t work at hotel. Horrible night in a horrible town.

The road at the door is under repair and is not very easy to walk. The hotel takes 45 minutes from the airport and there is a restaurant at the door. Five minutes to the right is the pier, and there are also restaurants.
