Good cheap Chinese hotel. Internet connection is very bad. Other was good

Lack of maintenance. Seems like current Chinese owner is attempting to sell the building.Don’t bother to go there. The lobby doesn’t have contact number. WiFi was not working properly. The room smelled moldy. CTRIP should not listed such many stars. The front desk personnel was helpful. He understands the situation and was very accommodating.
