Beautiful hotel I’m a good location on the island. The little chalet type accommodation was lovely and well stocked with everything you needed. Breakfast had a good selection and very nice coffee. Great stay. Thank you.

Nice View , Great Facilities and Recommend for couple trying to find romance place and peaceful

During the check in we found out there is no room for us, had to waste more than an hour of our time. Apart from that, there were no problems. It’s still the best option to stay on the island.

Maybe one of the best hotels at Koh Rong Sanloem. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are very nice, swimming pool, restaurant, food, everything good and clean. Beach front, few bars around.

Be careful please. Because someone took our stuff from out of the room when did we go for the breakfast and then staff couldn’t help us to recover them. Even we showed the video proofs.

Fantastic place, the better hotel in this island. People are very kind and even with pool closing at 5pm, we were allowed to stay there with the kids much longer.. Great breakfast and good food, however little expensive.

A very good hotel with a big garden and a good swimming pool. Highly recommended. It is very cost-effective. It is also close to the beach. You can play in the water and dive. There are also bars and many restaurants nearby in the evening. The room is very good. Many flowers and plants,

I love the passion but the level has gone down a notch so my opinion is less good than last year, hoping for an improvement for my next visit. First of all, the choice of rooms between luxury and superior is incomprehensible. The swimming pool is even more lacking in tiling compared to May 2023, how is this possible? The cleaning of the room is good but that of the bathroom with the toilet seat not fixed on one side is limited. A little advice, look at the edges of the windows and you will understand that no one cleans these parts. There was something of a water cut but the staff, after communicating via WhatsApp, came within 10 minutes, which was very good. In the meantime, the water has returned which is strange. The bed is super comfortable and overall we feel good. There was a power outage which lasted after our departure at 11 a.m. the next day so no WiFi which is not disturbing but for the management of their customers it is delicate. As usual on Koh Rong Sanlonem heavy rain during the night and for once no storm so happy. The breakfast was very good although I regret the buffet version. The big downside is that a couple had a traumatic experience with people who came knocking on their door very loudly at 3 a.m. after playing very loud music all evening. The first feedback from the supervisor was not sufficient almost unacceptable. I hope this couple's stay ended well. Another strange point is the price of the dishes which is too high and therefore the restaurant is often empty. 12$ a fried rice 3 is so out of the market The sea is clean there and my swimming pool has a good temperature. Small smell from the pipes but still significant in the room.

A fantastic hotel with a beachfront location. The food is excellent and the service impeccable. The truth is that we have been very comfortable The only point of improvement would be if they made a small gym or spa inside the Hotel to complement the experience.

I had a really nice 8 day stay at La passion. Remember to let the staff know when and with which company you will be arriving at the pier and they will arrange pick-up for you and your luggage. Everything went smoothly for me and even though there were sometimes language barriers in the restaurant, everything was resolved to my satisfaction in the end. Nevertheless, given the comparatively high accommodation prices, I would like to see the level of service and the English skills of the employees improved. The bed was hard as a rock and there was a whole family of geckos in my room. A true adventure, but unforgettable and beautiful.

The hotel is right by the sea and the bungalows with comfortable terraces are located in a beautifully landscaped, spacious, well-kept park. For the long walks, you can order a caddy to the restaurant, pool or reception free of charge via the app. The shuttle from the ferry to the hotel can also be ordered free of charge - it goes via the beach. The staff is very attentive and very friendly and requests are fulfilled immediately. Breakfast was included and the buffet was very stylishly prepared, with a very large selection, Asian, European and even with pastries, ham and cheese. The food in the restaurant is very expensive, but there are many restaurants and shops on the beach within walking distance. The pool and beach are always very clean and well-kept.
