Everything is basic but functioning well and well maintained.

This place looks a little rough from the street and the hallway is bare bones, but inside the room was okay and organized well. The manager lady was very friendly and kind.

Good budget hotel. The nearest beach and shops are within walking distance. Other places are easily accessible by tuk-tuk for 1-1.5 dollars. Special thanks to the staff (they left our excess luggage when we were on the islands).

Thief. i rent monthly, and the staff is not knowing about the thief who's stole my stuff at my room. the staff is blocked my contact, she run away, she won't meet me, she cut my deposits, she run from her responsibility. so awful. peeps, stay away from this jail please.

Clean rooms and bathroom, very large but basic. The staff are lovely, and the woman on the front desk was incredibly helpful for travel and food suggestions. About 15 mins by tuk tuk to the Jetty for the ferry to Koh Rong/Samloem and some food options. Area is doing lots of building so roads full of potholes and closed off, need to take a tuk tuk to get anywhere. Open holes and pits everywhere around the hostel, and on the last morning the power went out (has been happening with the development apparently). For price, this is a great place to stay.
