This hotel was filthy.
Had a bed bug infestation.
Dirty counter tops and stains on the sheets and pillows.
No towels or hangars were provided.
The hot water and water pressure both didn’t work.
Hotel was not responsive to our needs, and didn’t care about making the problems right.

Nice hotel. They let me check in easily and fastly. Room is nice and have great views. The complex have 3 buildings and I get room at top floor.
Elevator can be a bit slaw to go there but the view is perfect.

This place is an absolute nightmare! I contacted the hotel beforehand to confirm if it would be okay to arrive after the check-in time, and they assured me that it wouldn’t be a problem. I planned to stay at this hotel for two nights.
When I arrived at 6 a.m., I wrote to their support team, only to receive a response saying, “what do you need? write back at 9 a.m.” I had to wait outside the hotel doors until 9 a.m. The security staff had no idea what was going on. The hotel does not issue refunds.
Once I finally got into the room, there was no hot water and not even a single roll of toilet paper. I strongly advise against staying here if you want to save your nerves!
