Our family received a gift stay at EzeriSpa, and overall we had a good experience. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. It was a bit unusual that there wasn't bottled water in the room, but there was drinking water available directly from the bathroom tap, which we learned from a small sign by the sink. Dinner was great, with an entertaining waiter, and it seems like the hotel restaurant is popular with locals too. Breakfast was quite standard, buffet-style, but it was disappointing that we couldn't make a latte or cappuccino—the coffee machine had those functions disabled. Also, there was no label on the juice, so it was a bit of a guessing game. The spa area was quite small, but it was pleasant while there weren't too many people. However, in the evening, more guests arrived (possibly even walk-ins), and it started to feel crowded. In the morning, it wasn't possible to use the pool as it only opens at midday. Unfortunately, we couldn't try the massages and other treatments, as it required booking in advance, and we didn't know that. The sound insulation in the rooms could be better—we could hear kids running around on the floor above early in the morning. We couldn't fully enjoy the outside areas because it was the start of winter, and the weather was quite unpleasant. Overall, very pleasant staff and great dinners, but there are a few areas that could be improved.

I am absolutely furious with my recent stay at this so-called hotel. For the exorbitant price they charge, you would expect at least basic amenities. To my utter shock, there was no minibar and not even a refrigerator in the lux room! How is this acceptable in this day and age? I had food and drinks with me that I couldn't store properly, and the inconvenience it caused was beyond frustrating. This place is a joke, and I strongly advise anyone considering it to stay far away. Totally unacceptable and a complete rip-off!

I want to compliment the administrator's work in welcoming guests and explaining the rules of SPA Hotel Ezeri. Restaurant - wonderfully prepared coffee and a very delicious dinner, nice breakfast. Kind and friendly service, despite the extensive work during Christmas time. Unfortunately, the night's sleep was disturbed by a company of heavily drunk people who started listening to loud music at 3:00 a.m., which continued for more than 2 hours. After I had gone to the reception and called several times from the room, the administrator tried to calm down these people, but without success. The drunken company ignored the administrator and the other hotel guests by shouting in the corridors and listening to loud music. I want to emphasise that rules apply to all guests if the hotel has rules. Enjoying the spa is peaceful and relaxing, not negative emotions during the night.

Unfortunately, a big disappointment. This was the worst place to choose for a quiet getaway. Administration was super nice and friendly I will give them that, however, everything else - awful. Firstly, we booked this place as it said “ no children in the spa area after 6pm. We got there around 7pm and surprise - a little lad jumping in and out of pool, screaming without a care in the world. Staff did not care at all. Later, we decided to order some food and drinks to forget about the spa incident. Restaurant closes at 10pm, however, when we called at 8:30pm we were told that we could only order one thing as “ they are closing soon “, as well as we have to pay at minimum 5 euro for delivery from restaurant to our room. We decided to go with snack plate for two, and we got two pieces of everything on the plate, so two cherry tomatoes, two onion rings etc. Overall, waste of time and money, will not return.

Our all Time favourite. The best outside pool. Quality restaurant. Beautiful garden. Not so far from the city Sigulda. Good SPA zone. Recomend to spend the Time with family, calm place and high service.

When we got to our room, it was like a sauna - no air con. The room was at the corner of the building with two windows. The thin net like curtains had been closed but not the blinds and therefore the sun had been shining into the room for the whole afternoon. Very small room, tiny bathroom & even smaller shower. There were three beds in the room even though we had only asked for a twin/double - so there was very little space and only one chair. We asked to change rooms but we’re told it was not possible as hotel full. As we had booked this room approximately 6 months in advance I was disappointed we had been allocated such a poor room. She gave us a very small fan - it was useless - on the table in one of the photos. A few minutes later she brought a larger fan and a bottle of water. Even with both fans on and the window fully open, the room remained hot. As we were on the ground floor for security overnight we could only leave the window on tilt which meant we got very little air circulation. We removed the quilts from their covers and just used them as a sheet. During the night I was sweating so much - then discovered there was a plastic mattress cover on the bed - such as might be used for children. The heat was our main complaint but considering we had paid €76 we thought the room was extremely bad value. There was no fridge or safe. There was a cotton /woollen rug on the wooden floor - it went from under me as I walked across it. The position of the TV on the wall was ridiculous- I hit my head twice — as not sufficient space between the wall and the bed. The table was from a garden set with a hole in the centre. Poor internet, poor breakfast. Eggs cut into squares (reconstituted?) there was no bacon, no beans, no mushrooms, etc. The only fruit was watermelon. Only one type of cheese - and very poor bread selection (sliced only). No honey. When we complained to the manager in the morning - she kept saying she was sorry but would not offer us a refund or any compensation whatsoever. I would give it zero if I could. We had an evening meal in the restaurant as the hotel was a bit out on a limb. The food was generally very good but the tortilla chips that came as part of a starter platter were soft and stale. When we mentioned this to the waitress she didn’t offer to replace them just said ‘they were fried’ and walked off.

It was very quiet inside, a true relaxation experience. No car noise, the place is located outside of the city and the Lux rooms are on the lake side of the building. Excellent view from the window. The sauna and pool are ok, especially the hot bath outside is very good. We were looking for peace and rest from the city, we got exactly this. Not a single light on the horizon during the night :)

We have stayed 1 night with a friend of mine in Ezeri SPA. The hotel itself is really cosy and the staff was really friendly. The views from the windows are beautiful and the rooms are also really nice and comfortable. SPA zone is pretty small, so if there are a lot of people there it might get pretty uncomfortable. We also ordered chocolate massages which I personally really enjoyed. But a friend of mine had a male masseur which made her feel pretty uncomfortable. So I would highly recommend the staff to confirm with the guests in advance of it’s OK for them to have a masseur of the opposite gender. Breakfast was pretty poor. I myself like to enjoy breakfasts when staying in a hotel, but not this time. Yes, I was fool, but I didn’t get the satisfaction I was hoping for. The food in the restaurant during dinner time was really good, however. Another point is the lack of soundproofing. We could hear other guests from upstairs walking on our heads. I even woke up in the middle of the night when someone was apparently going to the bathroom from the room above ours.

We stayed at Ezeri for two nights. The foood+ drinks and service in the hotel restaurant was the best we had in Latvia. In general, the info and breakfast service given in english was not so good. We did not get hellos or good mornings, that felt weird. Spa was nice for couples, like warm outdoor jacuzzi, steamroom and sauna. Outdoor pool (not heated) that u could use any time was nice extra on a sunny day! The hotel room was ok. The hotel was surrounded by a pretty garden and walk path. A nice stay in total!
